Whatever the case, we're going to find out in a few days whether our elections are still legitimate. The Shitgibbon has been on the campaign trail trumpeting that any Republican losses are going to be the product of fraud.

If the elections are rigged why is he trying to buy people’s votes (e.g., $5k checks if Republicans win)? It’s almost as if he thinks their votes count.

It can and probably has been rigged but subtly and in specific areas.

I think this is definitely much much much MUCH MUCH MUCH MUCH MUCH harder than thought. They need to fix the election results in several STATES for the Senate. That means targeting machines broadly. House seats would be pretty hard too. That'd need to be precinct to precinct. Devices that aren't even hooked to a network, so one would need to be on site... for how many sites? And you'd need to get into the system and change stuff without it looking weird. While it wouldn't be impossible, I think the effort would be incredibly hard to design, execute, and not be caught. If exit polling disagreed with the results, there would be scrutiny and then the statistics could enter the chat to see if something did look funny.

I've contended Musk helped in 2024 by targeting online ads to specific people. People weren't happy and a swap seemed likely. So that was enough to undo the Democrat White House. I don't think Musk could pull off anything in the polls. This time around, there is free advertising against the GOP everywhere in America with bright lights called gas stations. Trump is the most unpopular he has ever been.
