Just curious.
Just curious.
Because it is significant that men and women have very different responses to that question, despite all the "men have it just as bad" protestations by the usual woman-haters.
Ok, at this point, everyone has thought "hide the bodies", right? Ummm... right? Anyone?
You're missing the point. The point is that anyone on the opposite side of an argument from Underseer must be a misogynistic conservolibertarian. Only people who agree with Underseer have good reasons for thinking as they do. Everyone else is ideologically biased and probably evil.I still want to know why you think "woman-haters" here claim that "men have it just as bad" in regard to rape. You posted that same claim in two threads now. Women clearly get raped more than men do. Who has said otherwise?
I keep an eye out for people walking alone in town, i there are other people who may be following oddly. If I'm in my car and see someone who is at risk, I slow down, so the car is visible to followers.
I call the cops when I see something suspicious, like a person with a bike hanging out by the side of the road last summer (very unusual here).
I pull the drapes during meetings to prevent people from targeting anyone from the outside.
When I see kids and teens walking alone where they aren't safe, I slow down, maybe even circle around to make sure they get home.
I take keys from drunks.
Just curious.
That's a terribly flippant answer to the serious problem of murder. Shame on you!I don't murder anyone.
That's about 1 murder every few days. So you'd need to hang around for an average of 2 or 3 days in order to be in Oakland at the same time as a murder happening. And I'm going to take a stab in the dark and guess that merely being in a city of 400,000 people at the same time a murder happens is not going to result in you seeing or hearing the murder take place. If any of us want to see murder or someone getting "jacked," you know a 187 just go down to your city's ghetto or barrio and act like you want to score some hubba. One can go down to Oakland, aka "O Town," and pretty much see or at least hear someone getting killed. There is about 100 to 160 murders a year in Oakland?

I think that wanting to witness a murder is not quite so easy as you make it out to be.
