I get them because I supported his campaign and contributed to it. Now - I'm very disappointed with how they are running it. So, no contribution and rather send a reply of why they are letting me down. Interesting to think about. I will ponder this as I do my afternoon errands.

It's good to see you do your part in getting the money out of politics.

Big spenders like Bernie need to understand they can't just buy elections.

???

What made you think my letter was about money in politics?
Or were you just assuming that's my only issue?

(I recognize you were being sardonic, so I'm replying in the same humor, although I really am interested in knowing... so, laugh at the humor and reply anyway, 'K?)

How are they letting you down?

Because to run for office requires obscene amounts of money in this oligarchy where the masters let us vote?

She could be talking about how it's gotten negative lately. Said negativity isn't being aimed at the Republicans but is instead aimed at the Democrats & HRC.

Ya, it has to do with what's the point of the Sanders campaign now? He can't win the nomination, so being negative and dissing the nominee do nothing but undercut his ability to get positions which he feels are important into a place of prominence in the party platform. The only choices for Sanders right now is to be a power broker in a Democratic Senate or the next Nader who worked to blow the party's chances for gaining control of congress and who can't get anyone to return his phone calls so he's doomed to irrelevance.

If he cares about the issues he's campaigning on and not just about his personal ego, it's time to dial down the rhetoric and then politely concede and work towards a Dem majority after the California primaries.

Are you saying they don't deserve all these negative comments?

Are you saying they don't deserve all these negative comments?

If you don't want Trump in the presidency, Clinton is your alternative. What purpose does attacking her or the Democrats serve, if you don't want the Republicans or Trump in power?

Some people care about more than the outcome of the next election.

I just delete them without reading, no matter which candidate I get them from. If I want to contribute, I know where to go to do that. The email is likely being sent from an address that is not monitored, or even set to 'no reply', so they won't be seeing your response anyway. You would do better to try to get in touch with the campaign in another way, or writing a blog post on Daily KOS, or a similar site, about how you feel.

The idea is to push her leftwards, irrevocably.

And that's a good idea and Sanders has far exceeded any expectations of how much he'd be able to do that. His campaign has been awesome. He's kind of at the point now, however, where he needs to shift tactics or undercut the progress he's made. He can either wield a tremendous amount of influence as a power broker in the Senate - even more so given that any Dem majority would be a small one and he could sabotage and right wing moves on her part without much trouble - or he can destroy the progress he's made and get nothing either now or in the future.

Specifically who & how?

There is no specific who. You want to reach as many people as possible and try to persuade them.

Bernie will never have this chance to try to persuade people again.

Is Bernie the only person who can do this, ever? If you want long term change what's your long term strategy?
