Oops--sometimes you want negative results!
Just as Trump was caught years ago pretending to be his own publicist it is highly likely Trump wrote this letter.
His tests are "astonishingly excellent". "His physical strength and stamina are excellent"
Sound familiar?
BTW physicians usually say "endurance" not "stamina". And "physical" is superfluous and not usually used by physicians either. They just say "strength".
A trained physician would probably say something like: His strength and endurance are in the 90th percentile, but to merely say they are "within normal limits" is praise. IOW actually say something that has some meaning. "Excellent" is meaningless.
