National Implicit Sexism - Debate One

I believe he wasn't acting; just a stand up part.

According to the Indpendant:

http://www.independent.co.uk/news/w...ump-porn-softcore-playboy-movie-a7340376.html
The 2000 VHS title, Video Centerfold, features a non-sexual segment in which Mr Trump, apparently accompanied by several Playboy playmates, opens a bottle of champagne and sprays the foam at a Playboy-branded limousine on a New York City street.

It seems more of a smear campaign which Clinton is clearly aware of. Too bad for American politics when the issues are side lined.

A "smear campaign"??? Good grief Whichy, can you get any more partisan :hysterical:

Trump brought this entirely on himself. HE is the one tweeting before dawn for people to go look for sex tapes. :hysterical: Yeah, it may be just a cameo - and thank all the non-existent gods he didn't take off his clothes - but between this and his wife's Playboy spread, maybe Donald really needs to stop acting like porn is "disgusting"

There was a moment Monday Night that I thought reallly stood out and placed an exclamation point after the words 'implicit sexism'. This moment would have ended the Presidential race and Donald Trump would have narrowly been elected President of the United States.

She would have been belittled by the right-wing. Casted off by the 'msm' for being too soft. The media would have noted that she was 'too soft' to deal with the likes of Putin.

But Sec. Clinton did not say that. The actual statement, made by Donald Trump was:

Yet, this statement has gone almost completely unreflected upon, other than his veiled attempt to remind people that Pres. Clinton put his penis into the wrong vaginas, something Trump knows about personally.

If it was anybody but trump you MAY have a point here.... but no, sorry. This isn't about sexism. This is about a crazy person. He'd have said that no matter who his opponent was, and the media would have pounced on it had it been somebody with less craziness to already talk about that said it. Had Kasich or Bush or Carson or Paul won the nomination and said it, you'd see a different reaction now.
Trump is a sexist. There is ample evidence to support that conclusion. The fact he is a narcissistic nasty ego-maniac blowhard does not detract that he is a sexist.

Sure, Hilary had to return US$240,000 worth of White House property after Bill Clinton left the Oval office and no doubt as a businessman Trump may have dones some strange things.

And some of the things Clinton returned were returned back to her. Apparently gift-giving is a nebulous issue and requires a lot of reporting and accounting that is apparently slack in White House accounting. Ronnie Reagan's wife had problems with not returning some expensive gowns as well.

I think the concepts behind Obamacare should be explored but the problem is the Democrats in this election seem to be over the top in attacking the other player rather than playing the ball.

If he took his clothes off on camera I'm sure it would not have been a pretty sight. Anyway he's a billionaire so naturally he can afford a wife, and better still featured on Playboy.

As for Bill Clinton, he was (and is) such a likeable person even the Monica Le winski affair didn't stop people voting for him. If you ask foreign people who is your favourite US President and immediately nearly all of them have said Bill Clinton. Trump does not have that kind of Charisma (nor do many other US politicians).

I can't remember the film but I think Bing Crosby was starring as an uncorrupt politician. He was at a baseball match with a businessman who offered him a hot dog but he said, 'No thanks, I don't take bribes.'

I suppose if someone had asked Ronald Reagan, if he kept any gifts, he would have replied, "I can't remember."
The answer I think is for the President or his wife to immediately sign off on gifts and perhaps hand them to aides to store and record, unless they are allowed to use them by government policy.

When I work for employers, they too have a conflict of interest policy. Because I am involved in commercial and contracts, I tend to refuse all gifts but will accept being taken out to dinner or lunch but will ensure it is not lavish. In China it's different because lavish entertainment is part of the custom I don't take alcohol at any event.

I'm sure he's a lot of things but the issue should be debating the policies and issues.

Three observations here. First, here you are bringing up personal issues about Clinton. Second, Trump is basically incapable of debating issues or policies except at the most superficial level. Third, being an intervert sexist is an indication of the level of Trump's reasoning ability and competency to be POTUS.

...the problem is the Democrats in this election seem to be over the top in attacking the other player rather than playing the ball.
So you are gaslighting. Got it. Won't work, Whichy.

Here is the Scene with Donald Trump. It's not really exciting at all.

Unfortunately it would be good to see what their actual strategies for the US are hence 'play the ball.'
I'm sure the Republicans will start some mudslinging in the same scale so as to compete. There again it makes good entertainment.

I tend to bring up personal issues about those who raise personal issues about others. Clinton has been a secretary of state and therefore has a disadvantage in that respect.
Donald Trump has not been in office. Delineating between superficial and genuinely deep seated arguments is a matter of opinion. Also I haven't seen both sides of the sexist issue. Some unsubstantiated statements it seems did go around the internet claiming that Ms Machadio had appeared in a number of porno movies so that only detracts further from the issues at hand regarding the future of the US

Delineating between superficial and genuinely deep seated arguments is a matter of opinion.

You better hope so if you're hoping Trump will get elected. Because the glaring facts are that he is ignorant and impulsive about foreign policy matters, and cannot even begin to say how he would implement any of the wonderful changes he promises domestically. All he can do is repeat one-liner generalities and make grandiose promises, while denigrating his opposition over the same three tired points of past performance. (At least she HAS a prior performance record...) Trump has contradicted himself so many times - sometimes within a single sentence - that he cannot afford to examine his own promises in detail. He is doomed to mindlessly repeating his sweeping pronouncements, and hope his acolytes want to swallow it all so badly that they refuse to assess the actual likelihood of seeing their dreams come true.

There's no coherent argument from any of the 2 main parties.

It looks like the point flew right over your head again. It was DONALD TRUMP who brought up 'sex tapes' - not Hillary Clinton. It was DONALD TRUMP who had a Twitter meltdown and can't stop attacking a 1996 Miss Universe - not Hillary Clinton.

Hillary Clinton is out there on the campaign trail talking policy. It's DONALD TRUMP who won't stop mud-slinging in every direction, so I find it funny as hell when the mud lands on him instead of his intended targets.

Hillary Clinton keeps talking the issues. You just do this: :lalala:

It only shows him opening a champagne bottle in a short not so interesting scene. The point is no one is discussing policies.

The manifestos all have political issues stated but they should also talk about them in debates.

The point is that it was Donald Trump that said to go look for the sex tapes in a Twitter meltdown of him going after a 1996 Miss Universe. The point is that it is Donald Trump who is not (and is not capable of) discussing policies. He has no policies. All he does is personal attacks, bully, cheat, lie and steal. HE is the one who said to go look for sex tapes, so this is 100% on him.

If you want discussions on policies, you need to direct your complaints to him.

He's not having sex on it and it's not very interesting. It's hardly a sex tape about Trump himself.

Now the tax returns are relating to Trump and Marla in 1995 show an enormous loss that year.
However the companies he owns or part owns are different persons in law so will also have audited accounts given to the IRS.

There is also no clear evidence that Hilary is physically ill and unfit. Some Youtube videos to me show what seems to be Hilary fooling around and making faces as a response. Pneumonia affects fit and unfit people so that is not a big issue even if she did or has this.

That's not the point. The point is that Trump told everyone to go look for sex tapes. HE is the one NOT discussing policy in his 3am Twitter meltdowns. You can complain about everyone else all you want, but it is your boy Donald that is the guilty party.

Does this solve the situation in Syria or the US debt or those in the US who are still left behind below the poverty level? It a complete derail from the issues.

You're right!

Donald trump has completely derailed himself from any issue. He can't handle issues. He wants to talk about gossip and sling insults, he does want to President. Unlike Clinton who does discuss issues, so completely and frequently that people with short attention spans call her "boring," and "wonky." (like that's a bad thing)

You're Fired, Candidate Trump!
