Would it be a problem if it was the wrong shape, as long as it was too big?
If you need gianter than a pillow cover case there is
- King pillow cover
- Body pillow cover
- twin bed cover
Though free is good, but I find altering pillow protectors is wicked easy and cheap and you end up with a zipper so you can wash and add more fill later. Or whatever other purpose you can use the zipper for.
Did I ever tell you how I used pillow protectors and pop-up wire laundry baskets to make foldable and interchangeable protest signs? They were (are) SWEEET!

Yes, it would be a problem. My poufs are round. I don't want a liner that's bunched up where the corners are.
I don't know why I would want a zippered liner when the outside of the pouf is not zippered and can't be opened to get to the zipper of the liner. But maybe I'll think up a pouf 2.0 design that does open in order to remove it for cleaning. Not that ambitious at the moment, though. My plan is to use sheets to make a simple ball shape, which is easier for me than altering a rectangle into a ball. But that's a good option.
That is an outstanding idea. I have some of those types of laundry baskets. I see how that would work great for a changeable sign. Brilliant!

Latest handbag. Just have to attach the handles (currently attached with green yarn) and sew up a lining with a pocket. I'll be making that out of a thrift store skirt.

Thought I'd share my plying experiment. Both of these swatches are the same yarn (shown on the left) but each plied with a different color thread. The top one is plied with two strands of black cotton crochet thread and the one underneath is plied with two strands of crochet thread in color natural. What a difference!

Another plying project. This triangular scarf is made from 3 plies of cotton crochet thread (2 white, 1 natural) and one strand of lightweight blended yarn of wool, rayon, and acrylic.

These squares will be a baby blanket once I complete 14 more of them, sew them together, and then stitch on a border.

I chose A, neat and tailored look.
Haven't gotten around to blocking, but otherwise this baby blanket is done. The skewing is expected because I work the squares in a spiral method instead of ending each round and stitching up to the next row. It's easier stitching and I block regardless of how straight something looks. I really enjoyed working on this.
