According to one physician who has treated Trump before, "I know this President. If you let him go through an hour of diarrhea, he will actually evacuate his entire body weight. That means 100%. An hour of diarrhea, and all that you will find is a pair of shoes and a combover. It will look like a walking haystack."
While I'm leery of an m.d. using simile like that, the story rings true to me in its main point. It concurs with my understanding of Trump. Gotta call this a maybe.

The issue in the US is that the infrastructure already exists to either help or consume such people before they can be weaponized. The biggest concern I have is in fact the Incel crowd, who seem to be falling into the gravity well of the racists/supremecists/fascists; they represent pretty much the exact segment that becomes suicide bombers elsewhere

Doctor reports no fever (steroid will reduce those), he feels great (steroid again), no oxygen since initial hospitalization (which he originally denied),Trump's blood has antibodies (which pharmaceutical company says is likely from the drug not Trump's own system). I hate being lied to.

Very true, they are cowards at heart. Right wing authoritarian mentality is based in fear. The only reason so many of them are so bold right now is because they believe they are a majority. Once they see the sheer number of people of humane principles who are willing to stand up to their infantile bullying, they will do exactly that, run away and try to pretend nothing ever happened and go back to expressing their bigotry from the safety of their trailers and their moms' basements.
