My favorite is the “overvoting” claim in Michigan, based on data from some “election expert” from Texas. Only one problem: the precincts he listed are all in Minnesota, and the vote count vs. voter registration in Minnesota shows no overvoting. Trump’s lawyers never noticed that none of those precincts are in Wayne County.

If it is a show it will go away on its own. And we wont wait very long either considering a new President will be taking office in January.

As for fact checking. How does anyone fact check these days? We are in a world filled with corrupt journalism and lies. And most of the so called fact checkers are at least as heavily biased and corrupt as Rudy probably is.

Guiliani's show was insane, if not hilarious. He even implied that Chavez was involved in this conspiracy, despite the face that Chavez died in 2013. Rudy did give the late night comedians lots of material. I'll give him that. Still, I don't know how anyone could believe a word of the unsupported nonsense that he spouted. I never thought my country would become this fucked up. Guess I was wrong about that.

What needs to happen is the Republicans in Congress need to grow up and stop pretending that Trump might have won the election. I don't think they are all that stupid. They are just little cowards who are scared of the Trump base. They consider their power to be far more important than the good of the country.

PLus, these claims are so racist. They are only trying to discount the votes in majority Black areas, like Atlanta, Detroit, Philly, etc. I'm beginning to think that Biden was right when he said, "if you don't vote for me, you ain't Black". It might have been a wisecrack at the time, but considering how hard the Republicans try to suppress the Black vote, he did have a point.

Guliani lies for a living. He's a lawyer.
And he's very good at it, that's why he's getting $20,000/day!

I can't help but believe that if there were any fire behind all this smoke, as opposed to just mirrors, we'd have heard something more substantial. There wouldn't be multiple suits dismissed already.

Well, isn't that convenient, using "the world is full of lies" as an excuse to believe lies? I suggest you try to find some ways to help guide you to the truth. Mr. Guiliani is an embarrassment to the legal profession and humanity. He is devolved into an unfunny clown.

He and Trump's legal team have yet to file a lawsuit that has traction. Most of them have already been thrown out of court by judges.

It ought to be obvious to any thinking person that if there is all of this fraud and illegal voting then the results in EVERY state ought to be challenged. Since the Trump team is not doing so, it gives their mantrasof "We want all the legal votes counted and only the legal votes to count" to be a outright lie.

I can understand why an immature asshole cannot publicly admit defeat. If he wants to embarrass himself and further stain his "legacy" that is his privilege. However, his antics also stain the USA - the country he allegedly loves - and makes us look more like a shithole country. Frankly, in my opinion, his tactics to invalidate a legal election border on treason.

At least the GOP politicians in the "contested" states are showing some actual integrity by refusing to engage in illegal or immoral switching of Electoral college electors.

In a hearing late Thursday, a federal judge in Atlanta rejected a request to bar state officials from certifying that former Vice President Joe Biden defeated Trump in Georgia. State law requires election results to be certified by Friday.

U.S. District Judge Steven Grimberg, a Trump appointee, said he found no evidence of irregularities that affected more than a nominal number of votes. Biden beat Trump by more than 12,000 votes in Georgia.

So, along with our Republican SOS, a federal judge, appointed by Trump agrees that the election results in Georgia were fair and valid.

So far, not one of Trump's lawyers, which are now narrowed down to Rudy and that idiot woman, ( I think her name is Powell ) have made up all kinds of shit without an ounce of evidence concerning the presidential election. Does anyone besides me find it amusing that they haven't been the least bit concerned about the results in states that went to Trump? OMG! How can people be so stupid as to believe these lies and attempts to totally destroy the Democratic process! Am I the only one who finds it repulsive that the cities and counties that they are claiming had lots of fraud were Black majority cities and counties? Are they fucking kidding me? When Trump told Black people to vote for him because, "what do you have to lose"? I doubt anyone knew that they might lose their right for their vote to be accepted as valid.

I saw a clip of Rudy from 1989 after his lost his election for mayor of New York City. He said the results of the election were fair and needed to be respected. Wow! How much Rudy has changed since that year. To me, he looks senile or maybe he's just become infected with the Trump virus, the one that takes away your brain. Anyway, it's just crazy that so many adults believe anything that comes out of Rudy's mouth. The man has become an embarrassment to the country.
