Should I report the rape?
I have wondered about this, myself, during some of the discussions here.
If we're being serious I suspect we all know what our loved ones like and don't like. It's only an issue when you have said "I NEVER WANT YOU TO DO THAT AGAIN!"
Personally, I would report it when your next door neighbour wakes you up in this fashion.
^^^It sure beats an alarm clock.

Yes.
Yes.Should I report the rape?
I can see the conversation now:
Noble: i want to report a rape.
Officer: Okay - what are the details
Noble: I got woken up by my girlfriend giving me a blow job.
Officer: (looks up with sarcasm on his face) You are telling me that you are reporting every man's fantasy... now tell me about the rape..

He didn't explicitly say "yes" either and under "affirmative consent" rules he'd have to say "yes" about a dozen times - every time she starts something different. It's complicated stuff and of course, if he had any trace of alcohol from last night, he can't even say "yes" - it's automatically rape. </radfem>Apparently you didn't say no or tried to resist so you'll have to live with the memory.

Actually you are wrong, but you don't care. I guess technically you could say I was repeatedly "raped", after I told her it several times not to do it. I don't feel like a victim though, or call myself a "rape survivor" or see a therapist. I don't wake up in a cold sweat, curl up in a fetal position under the covers and sob uncontrollably over it. Am I supposed to? Rape is supposed to be a fate more horrible than murder according to some people. If anything, what she did was just a minor annoyance. Much like her leaving wet towels on the bed or something. I certainly didn't want to ruin her life by calling the cops or taking her to court.

Yeah, I would call it rape. You told her not to, she did it anyway. She clearly does not have consent.
Yes, if you want to rid yourself of that girlfriend.Should I report the rape?
