Biden Pardons Hunter

Biden writes checks like there is no tomorrow,
Excluding pandemic-related measures, Trump’s debt increase was around $4.8 trillion, compared to Biden’s $2.2 trillion so far

Biden's weakness and liability to curtail Netanyahu will have long ranching future consequences for us and the world.
You mean “inability” I believe.
At least he is not fucking COMPLICIT with the criminal running Israel like a mob boss.
Trump is a pea in his pod.
We'll see who increases the debt more, Biden or Trump over the next 4 years. Want to make a bet?
Absolutely!
You already lost. Biden has a month to increase the debt. Trump has four years to steal us blind, as is his habit. No contest. What’s your point?

My point is that I predict that Trump's deficit in 4 years (aided by a republican house and senate) will increase far far more than Bidens did.

Right? Especially inflation-adjusted. (Last 2 terms’ spending outside of COVID are shown above). Trump more than doubled up Biden.
I also predict that water will be wet at the end of Trump’s term (life).
The only way he will not have stolen more than 5t$ over the next four years is if his term ends mercifully early. In which case McDonalds should be recognized as a National Hero.

Partly because of equivocators saying”Hunter’s just as bad!”
No one fucking said that. Just because I don't think someone should be immune from any all future federal prosecution doesn't mean I think they are "as bad as Trump". Nor was, if I am recalling this correctly, Trump running against Hunter Biden at any point.

I bet if you met Hunter not knowing who he was you’d probably like him (assuming this whole ordeal hasn’t driven him back to drugs).

Dear god, he hasn't even taken advantage of the pardon yet and you're already brainstorming ways to excuse the future misconduct Biden is obviously going to engage in... seriously, what did this family do to earn such unconditional loyalty from you?

Oh? Who else has been maligned in national media, their entire life torn apart, had done plea deals rescinded by a malicious President etc etc ad nauseum. You must think that’s a fucking lark. Yet you can’t find one single case where imprisonment resulted from identical charges, let alone death - which you, as an “advocate for all humanity” prefer over this too-late pardon
Prefer? No, I said it would be better for the DNC. I'm not actually on their side here. What I would prefer is that all Americans had a right to the same legal process when accused of a crime.
They do. The president can pardon anyone.

Still waiting for you to provide example of others charged in the same manner for the same misdeeds.

The vast majority of people in the same tax circumstances are required to pay all their taxes, and interest and penalties. If they can't pay, property is confiscated. They don't go to jail for decades.

Hunter Biden by all accounts was a creep with a rich influential father.
So what? He lacks influence, or anyone taking him seriously.
This is very unlike criminals who have resources and the will to wreak massive destruction, pain and grief on millions of people.
Poli seems to have dragged you unwittingly into the "both sides are just as bad" delusion.
That's how we end up with President Musk.

Trump is obviously dangerous for a number of reasons, but both abuse power.

Biden writes checks like there is no tomorrow, 4 billion in student loan forgiveness without authority

Biden's weakness and liability to curtail Netanyahu will have long ranching future consequences for us and the world.

We go after Trump for his affinity for Putin, yet ignore the Biden affinity for Netanyahu and Israel. It was embarrassing as an American to hear Biden make pitiful 'suggestions' to Netanyahu who said yea right go fuck off and keep sending us weapons.

Bidden is a bad president. He keeps syng the economy is gret and ;he; is crteng jobs, tome deaf to increasing numbers of people who can not make ends meet.

It was Biden who led to the shift to the right in the voting. Including blacks and other minorities.

He made pathetic pleas to blacks. At a commencement ceremony at a black college blacks turned their chairs around and showed him their backs.

I would not have voted for either Trump or Biden.
We'll see who increases the debt more, Biden or Trump over the next 4 years. Want to make a bet? Here's Biden's legacy: reasonable inflation that is going down, interest rates trending down, wages going up, unemployment good, booming wall street, intact foreign alliances, government that favors two state solution, dramatic improvement in supply chain, expanded overtime, renewable energy now the second largest form of electricity in the US, a strong and peaceful upcoming transfer of power, and most importantly, an independent and free Panama not being threatened by imperialists (joke, Trump now threating to take Panama Canal). Let's see how Trump fares......
You know exactly what Trump will do. He'll take credit for Biden's gains like he did with Obama last time. The idea that Trump has any new or original strategies is laughable.

2023 deficit was $1.7T. 2024 was $1.8T by September. And that's just two years.
Are you claiming that most of these deficits, even this far removed from the Pandemic, were due to "pandemic-related measures"?
Note that deficit dropped in 2022, due to Pandemic being largely over. But it has increased since 2022. You can't blame than on the Pandemic.
Lastly, pre-Pandemic deficits under Trump (2017-2019) under Trump were markdedly smaller than post-Pandemic deficits under Biden (2022-2024).
Biden's weakness and liability to curtail Netanyahu will have long ranching future consequences for us and the world.
Curtail Netanyahu? How about curtailing Khamenei and his vassals of Hamas, Hezbollah, Houthis?
At least Assad is out now.

Calling out injustice only when "the other party" does it will not get us out of this mess we are all making together.
Again you lump jaywalking in with mass murder.
I give up.
You know what else lumps together jaywalking and mass murder?

An unconditional pardon for future crimes.

The "Vast majority", huh? Not "all"? Sounds like you aren't actually very confident that "no" examples could be found, were I to be so foolish as to waste hours searching through public records to compile you a list you would glibly ignore as irrelevant. I even know exactly what you would say:

"Yeah, those people were convicted. But the vast majority are not."

So I think we can just save some time here. I'm not going to write a thesis for you when you aren't arguing in good faith.

Like what Trump got from SCOTUS?
Poli, There is no legal precedent or constitutional basis for a pardon covering future crimes. You should know that.

Just give it a rest - Hunter isn’t going to get you in your sleep. Probably.

Exactly like what Trump got from his hand-picked Supreme Court.

I’ll remember that next time someone gets that favor.
In the meanwhile, when the person granted such exception persecutes the jaywalker mercilessly and viciously for being the offspring of a political enemy that beat him, does so with impunity, I find THAT an injustice.
