I know this is a year old, but[ent]hellip[/ent] huzzah!

If any Christians are reading this, doesn't that mean Iceland will have far higher rape and murder rates than the much more religious United States?
Strictly speaking no, It could just mean american atheists are more successful murderers/rapists. They have guns after all.

Except that most Christians argue that Christianity is the source of all morality and that atheists are all rapists and murderers because we have no morals.

Obviously, they were RAISED by a culture which has the benefits of Christian morality. That remains the basis of all possible morals.
Simple evidence won't change any evidence-free premise...

Maybe the Icelandics will immigrate into the U.S. along with all those Norwegians and Christianity will finally be doomed in America.

I can't be bothered to Google it, and don't know if there's a connection, but I think that Iceland is a world leader in newspaper circulation and book publishing per capita.

0.0%, eh? Sounds like they have a diversity problem in Iceland. Maybe they could take on some of these Muslim migrants flooding Europe. It would be win-win for everyone! :joy:

The towelheads can get in line. First we need to ship them all our trumpsucking evangelicals.

You send them the evangelicals and they'll send you the rest of the bankers from jail.
;)

The article says 0% under 25 believe in God created the world, but it also says

At the same time 40.5% of people who were 25 years or younger said they were atheists, and only 42% said they were Christian.

All these young Icelanders must be extremely depressed!! With no purpose in life, with no reason to live.

No. It's the fault of bad Icelandic cuisine.

http://www.bbc.com/travel/story/20180117-in-iceland-food-is-a-challenge-not-a-meal

On a dish in front of me was liver sausage cured in soured whey, dung-smoked lamb and a couple of slabs of rotten skate that looked like they were designed by H R Geiger and smelled strongly of urine. The liver sausage was appropriately sour but otherwise sausage-y, and the lamb benefited greatly from the fact that sheep apparently don’t digest very well, meaning that it could just as easily have been called grass-smoked lamb.

I'd be depressed too.
