A day without stupid?

So, they must have threatened the living daylights out of Trump. His remarks, if he stuck to the script the White House site published, are remarkably low on Trump content.

Except, of course, his lie about
Soon after, I went down to Ground Zero with men who worked for me to try to help in any little way that we could.
But he didn't mention seeing muslims dancing in the streets or people jumping from windows.
Or about having the tallest building in Manhattan.

Did make a few threats, and justified breaking off talks with the Taliban. But not much in direct campaigning.

Probably give it at least a C+. Maybe a B.

Well at least he didn't give a thumbs up today, which i guess is commendable

I was looking out of a window from a building at Midtown Manhattan directly at the World Trade Center when I saw a second plane at a tremendous speed go into the second tower. It was then that I realized the world was going to change. I was no longer going to be, and it could never, ever be that innocent place that I thought it was.
The innocent place that I though it (the world) was. What sort of drugs was Trump on in the 60's, 70's, and 80's?! Is he ignorant of world history dating back to the mid 1900's? What the fuck is he on about?!

Yes, Trump was out there at Ground Zero, handing out Trump Steaks.

Was this before or after witnessing thousands of muslims dancing and celebrating in New Jersey?

"He happens to be Hispanic, but I’ve never quite figured it out because he looks more like a WASP than I do. So I haven’t figured that one out."

He actually continues and it gets worse.
Pres. Trump said:
Nobody loves the Hispanics more. Who do you like more, the country or the Hispanics? He {Cortes} says the country. I don't know. I may have to go for the Hispanics, to be honest with you. We got a lot of Hispanics. We love our Hispanics. Get out and vote.
I wish this were the worst of his Presidency.

I thought the real fence didn't have the lateral bar across the top. Otherwise... *sigh*

Egypt planned to arrest a New York Times reporter. The Trump administration reportedly wanted to let it happen.

In late 2017, the New York Times received an urgent warning from a U.S. official. Egyptian authorities were looking to arrest Declan Walsh, the newspaper’s reporter in Cairo, according to its publisher. It’s not unusual for a large media organization to get tipped off about threats to its journalists overseas, particularly those reporting on authoritarian governments.

But what was striking is what the official said next: The Trump administration had tried to keep the warning about Walsh from ever reaching the Times. Officials “intended to sit on the information and let the arrest be carried out,” Times publisher A.G. Sulzberger wrote in an opinion column on Monday.

Fuck the NY Times "opinion" section. Either they stand behind it with facts or not.

For all the stupid things Trump says and does, he seems to be doing quite well at overthrowing the world’s strongest democracy. He must be, for lack of a better term, an idiot savant who has an uncanny ability of manipulation. So far he’s cowed the GOP, made a personal attorney out of the USAG, and done quite a number on the Supreme Court. Seriously, I fully expected the guy to trip and fall flat on his face right out of the gate. I don’t think the guy’s got any long range plans, I think this shit just comes naturally to him.

Donald brought his GF to the UN? WTF!?!

And why is the ring leader, Tiffany, there at all?

Not so much stupid but underhanded and dirty...

A Trump campaign consultant is reportedly making fake websites for Democratic candidates — and it's working

The consultant, Patrick Mauldin, runs a Republican political consulting firm called Vici Media Group, which the Trump campaign hired for the 2016 election and currently has on retainer for 2020.

But Mauldin's professional website doesn't disclose his hobby – making parody webpages that appeal to voters to the left of candidates like Joe Biden.

Mauldin has made fake campaign sites for Kamala Harris, Bernie Sanders, and Elizabeth Warren, too, but those sites are difficult to find, let alone accidentally stumble upon. The fake Biden site, however, is still in the second page of Google search results for "Joe Biden," and had more unique visitors than the real campaign webpage through the end of May.
