I am unburdened by what has been.
That did not happen here.
So it is claimed.
How many fucking times do I have to repeat myself?
Pay attention to what is being said.

Judges? More of an issue is what happens to whoever they deputize. Our last line of defense is the courts, but it is looking more fragile by the day. There is a way for them to enforce civil contempt outside the jurisdiction of the executive. Good article here:+1The more I think about it, the more disturbing it becomes.
It makes my mind automatically try to project some limit to lawlessness that might restrain the current junta. But there is none, unless someone with decent eyesight wants to sacrifice themself to a second amendment solution.
We are fucked.

If the Marshals Go Rogue, Courts Have Other Ways to Enforce their Orders
Opinion | Even a rogue marshal’s service is not an insurmountable obstacle to courts enforcing the rule of law.www.democracydocket.com
The question then becomes, do individual judges stick their necks out to punish the administration, or does fear of the consequences of the inevitable attacks by the administration and their congressional lackeys deter them from taking any serious action? The people need to start rising up before all is truly lost, which may give some courage back to congress and the judiciary.
As it is it can take months. So, @TSwizzle how did all those people (no info on how many, and I'd be surprised if any of the SHithole officers know) get deported virtually overnight? If that were true then there would never need to be hearings for anyone held by ICE
Courts’ power of contempt — the inherent power to compel compliance with orders and punish actions that obstruct the administration of justice — is ultimately backstopped by their ability to jail people who defy their orders. There’d be no issue if judges themselves made arrests, but the courts’ enforcement arm, the U.S. Marshal’s Service, reports to both the courts and the attorney general. The marshals’ position within the executive branch has led commenters to predict that, if a court orders the arrest of a defiant executive branch official, the White House or Attorney General Pam Bondi will revoke the order and the courts will “run out of options.”
And I have already said Trump's boys are getting a bit creative with the laws and he may be reigned in.
Depends on the tattoo. If they're gang tattoos that's a pretty good indication. Not that I trust ICE to actually recognize a gang tattoo.Oh, come on, if having a tattoo isn't suffficient proof that someone is a terrorist, what would be??
Last time I checked*, only violent criminals and sailors got tattoos.

Is this denying that the actions happened, or is it saying the actions are proper?*sniff*, *sniff* what's that smell? Ah yes, the unmistakable whiff of male bovine excrement.
There is no reason to think she was a violent criminal. She went a little over the line on what's permitted on a tourist visa, while I do not have a problem with her being deported I have a big problem with how it was done.UK backpacker in US chained 'like Hannibal Lecter' for doing chores at the house she was staying at:
She was deported because she was in violation of her visa. Which was probably the I-94 tourist visa waver.
TSwizzle you may be cruel and a sicko but even from a rational psychopath standpoint this is likely to end up bring a political loser for your orange God.
Orange God? What are you talking about? Trump? Why would Trump be my god?
Rationally do you prefer cruelty and sadism more than political support for the orange God?
Why do you think it is wrong to deport violent criminals?
It really goes to show how some people have no moral compass. As it is it can take months. We we have here is a rogue administration with no restraints.

Voilá, a Royal Shithole.
You haven't. Trump Admin lawyers ceded that not all of those deported to a prison in El Salvador had a criminal record in the US.That did not happen here.

For those deep in MAGA, Trump is their moral compass. It is moral if Trump commands it. It is immoral if Trump prohibits it. Truth and facts are also what Trump says they are.It really goes to show how some people have no moral compass. As it is it can take months. His name will mean nothing to us so the reporters talk about who he is. That doesn't mean they didn't name him!
Are you being serious or are you just fucking with me?Shown step by step that several were here legally seeking asylum (one was escaping Maduro's prison torture, for example), had comitted no crimes, and had no gang affiliation, and their 5th amendment right was violated.
Eh? Where? It's possible I suppose but I can't see where you brought this specific person to my attention.
A professional soccer player tortured by the Maduro regime for participating in two protests, seeking asylum, was disappeared based on a tattoo of his favorite soccer team and this image from social media based in information received from ICE. NOTHING ELSE!
His attorney claims on a sworn affidavit (under the penalty of perjury) to have proof he had no criminal record in venezuela, no criminal record in the US, a sworn affidavit from the tattoo artist explaining the tattoo, examples of similar tattoos of many other professional soccer players, and many non-gang related explainations...
That's all very vague, the person isn't even named in there. Seriously, it sounds made up.
FIFYThose that are here in the USA illegally and are committing crimes or those who got arrested in an ICE raid, or those that came here and filled out Brandon's bogus asylum app and are committing crimes.
