Are we now in full blown fascist totalitarianism?

I don't. I have clearly stated if you had bothered to read I have no problem booting violent criminals after they've been given due process. Due process is how we determine whether they are violent criminals or not. But then you already knew that. So why the fuck did you ask?

Due process? LOL. They entered the USA illegally OR WERE ARRESTED DURING AN ICE SWEEP
FIFY.
Reading comprehension FAIL2.

Shown step by step that several were here legally seeking asylum (one was escaping Maduro's prison torture, for example), had comitted no crimes, and had no gang affiliation, and their 5th amendment right was violated.

Eh? Where? It's possible I suppose but I can't see where you brought this specific person to my attention.

Are you being serious or are you just fucking with me?

Yeah, possible. Also possible that some deportees were criminals, but unlike the case you questioned, NOT SHOWN.
Are you trying to add “selective willful gullibility” to your résumé?

That's all very vague, the person isn't even named in there. Seriously, it sounds made up.

Are you not seeing the bluesky post I linked to? His name and date of birth are listed on the first fucking line of the filing!

I've attached the filing from his attorney here. Please note that the information she is providing is sworn to be true under the penalty of perjury. She could be sanctioned by the bar and also be held criminally liable for any false information. If the best you have is "she could be making this up.", try again. She _probably_ is not making it up, which means an innocent man tortured by Maduro and seeking asylum here was just sent to a torture labor prison in El Salvador. Please tell me you are not ok with that because so far everything you have said seems to indicate otherwise.

And even regardless of that, why do these people have to prove their innocence before being allowed the privilege of not being sent to a torture slave prison? Do you believe the government needs to prove guilt, or does the accused need to prove innocence?

So do all the “crimes” committed by the illegally deported.
Selective gullibility strikes again!

Yes, even those who deny Trumpsucking are vulnerable to TDS.

The filing is very blurry, I did not look at it closely.

Sworn to be true?!! Oh well then, in that case.....

The details are very sketchy from both sides and hard to verify either way. There is always a bleeding heart willing to plead innocence on behalf of their client (Johnny Cochrane) so I am still not convinced either way. Her client entered the USA on Brandon's asylum app. Who knows what he has been up to.

Do you realize the position you are espousing right now is fascistic totaliarianism? Being ok with sending someone to a slave torture camp because "who knows, he might of been up to no good"

This can literally apply to anyone. And if you allow it, it will.

Why do lefties side with these criminals?
Are they criminals?

Yes

Why do you want to keep these criminals here?
"Numerous" does not mean all of them. In fact, it might not even mean the majority of them. Does it not bother you that the Government expelled people without a criminal record to a Super Max prison in third party country?

Georgetown grad student arrested for not being a trumpsucker.

According to NBC News’s review of public records, Suri does not have a criminal record and does not face known criminal charges.

Georgetown said it was not aware of any misconduct by Suri.

The Department of Homeland Security and the State Department did not respond to requests for comment, including about why Suri has been detained.

Just plain old fashioned terrorism by the Trump regime.

He already answerd that question in his previous reply to me. He is fine with it because "who knows, they may have been up to no good."

And should Swiz be “disappeared” because ICE confuses him with a non-trumpsucker?
That would make me sad. But who knows? Maybe he was up to no good.

Deporting illegal immigrant criminals is fascistic? Behave.

Being ok with sending someone to a slave torture camp because "who knows, he might of been up to no good"

It's a tough jail but a slave camp? Stretching it. You don't think it's possible he was a criminal gangbanger? Because he gets an attorney to spin a yarn? She may have been taken in by a sob story, who really knows.

This can literally apply to anyone. And if you allow it, it will.

It literally doesn't apply to anyone. It applies to a specific circumstance. Those that are here in the USA illegally and are committing crimes or those that came here and filled out Brandon's bogus asylum app and are committing crimes.

Already showed you many of them were here legally and with no criminal record and yet you again repeat this.

There is nothing bogus about the law. It is what protects you and me and everyone else from totalitarianism. If you allow some exceptions then any and all exceptions become permissible. Although from what I can tell you don't want to be protected from it, you support it.

You are arguing for lawlessness by ignoring it when it is convenient for you. And what do we have when a government ignores the law and is ruled by one man? An absolute dictatorship. A monarchy. Combined with the populist MAGA ideology, a fascistic one as well.

Many? Some? A few? I really didn't see the specifics. I don't think there is enough information out there about specific cases to actually be sure one way or the other. There is a lot of complaining from lefties about it for sure but not much else.

At this point in time, and it is early days, I don't see a problem with kicking out criminals that are here legally or illegally. Now, there may be some cases where it isn't warranted but we shall see.

Not really and I have explained why.

lol, Aaron Rodgers is a US citizen. Such asinine nonsense.

Why are so many lefties apoplectic about violent criminals getting booted out of the USA? Why do lefties always want to protect the criminals?
You know it could be you next, right?

I mean, if you got accidentally swept up by these goons, when would you prove your citizenship? At your trial?

Or are you of the impression that your government never makes mistakes?

Which is why we have to use due process to determine one way or the other, duh. Anything else is complete lawlessness.

Just to confirm your position, do you support kicking out people accused by this administration of being criminals that are here legally or illegally, without due process, including sending them to slave labor camps?

You are arguing for lawlessness by ignoring it when it is convenient for you. And what do we have when a government ignores the law and is ruled by one man? An absolute dictatorship.

Yes you are, you are arguing to ignore the 5th amendment for these people, which means it can be ignored for literally anyone, which means we have a lawless government and no one has rights any longer. A complete destruction of the constitution.

This government lies like you and I breathe air. Without the 5th amendment anything they say when accusing someone becomes truth.

Yes, that was the Judge's entire position, and Trump exported them all to a prison in El Salvador regardless. You now seem to be in line with the judge Musk and Trump want to impeach.

No... we won't. Again, another issue that is being raised by lefties (Jimmy Higgins, elixir, among others) and righties (Loren Pechtel, Axulus, among others).
