Violent criminals should be imprisoned regardless of their race. If blacks don't want to see violent criminals imprisoned just because they share skin color, then perhaps they deserve what they are getting.

Blacks have lost trust in the system.

Blacks have been listening to scumbags that tell them the problem is the system rather than the criminal lifestyle.

Perhaps after generations of injustice, a black jury is inclined to be suspicious of charges brought against black suspects. When you see innocent black suspects go to jail, white criminals (who's victims were black) treated much more leniently, even getting off when guilty, that leads to distrust of the legal system.

When we see a man who shot up a black church arrested without incident, and multiple unarmed black suspects who committed no crime killed on the belief they had a gun, don't you think that at least gives the impression of bias?

What about people that spend their lives walking on eggshells because the system treats them like criminals when they aren't?
Those people aren't told by anybody to distrust the system. They are taught by the system. The small town where I grew up was a place where the "good blacks" knew their place and were sure to be back in their neighborhoods from their jobs cleaning houses, flipping burgers, mowing lawns, and such over on the white side of town. A black person on the wrong side of town outside of daytime working hours was going to get harassed by the cops. White teenager gets busted with beer or pot while hanging out in the car wash or Hardee's parking lot in the middle of the night would probably be driven home for a lecture or a dad beating. Black kid was going to jail and would probably get roughed up by the police. I'm not telling stories of the 1950s and 1960s. I'm not that old.
