Norm and Herb tried to fake this photo in the Peoria Gazette to "prove" they went to the Tour de France. They bought the clothes, the wine, the baguette and cheese at Walmart. They got a couple of friends from the Pekin bike club to ride by. The giveaway is the obvious field of Roundup-tolerant early corn in the background, which is not allowed in France.
