Fifty-four percent of respondents to our online poll — which reached a sample of 1,884 registered voters nationally from Friday, January 29, through Sunday, January 31, 2016 — agreed that a "political revolution might be necessary to redistribute money from the wealthiest Americans to the middle class." Just 30 percent said they disagreed. (Morning Consult Intelligence members can head to their site to view the poll's full toplines and crosstabs.)

Liberals and liberal-leaning demographics were most likely to agree with the statement. But majorities of independents, white voters, evangelicals, and even Tea Party supporters in our sample agreed too — showing that redistribution may no longer be a dirty word in American politics.

So how close to November should I start stockpiling toilet paper and powdered milk?

It's would be a dirty word among most of the 46 percent getting "redistributed".

Perhaps its time for an update on the old metaphor: 54 wolves and 46 sheep are vote on what's on the menu for dinner. 54 votes are for mutton, 30 for grass, and 16 are not sure.

The head of Goldman Sachs said on Wednesday that Bernie Sanders' insurgent candidacy "has the potential to be a dangerous moment."

Lloyd Blankfein, who is chairman and CEO of the bank, was speaking to CNBC’s “Squawk Box.”

In January, Sanders was asked by Bloomberg Politics to list an example of corporate greed, and he listed Blankfein.

“I don’t take it personally since we never met," Blankfein responded.

But he added that Sanders' attacks on the "billionaire class" and bankers could be dangerous.

Well, 16 sheep might need a revolution in order to get a moment of clarity out of it. 54 wolves aren't voting to have 46 sheep for dinner, just one sheep. When they come for one sheep, 16 sheep will say nothing because they aren't that one sheep. Then when they come for two sheep, 16 sheep will still say nothing, because they aren't those two sheep.

What is the level that it would be considered stealing? Sanders would have it so that they pay close to half their income. But remember, that 100% paycheck you get is just really the governments and you are just lucky to keep any of it.
