Dictatorship is neither left nor right

That's because you consider not allowing a man to own a slave as dictating.

And of course you have a citation for that. Oops, I forgot, calling you on your outrageous claims is a love of dictatorship. But love of dictatorship is only bad if the dictator is someone other than you.

You claim ending the master slave dynamic in the workplace is dictating.

Slaves can't quit, workers can. Slaves are owned, workers aren't. Therefore ergo no matter how bad the relationship is it isn't a master slave dynamic.

Your position if taken to it's full expression means that everything is permitted. Not allowing people to do bad things is dictating over them in your world.

In your desire to be a dictator you failed to prove your point. Since you aren't a dictator I am allowed to point out that you are wrong.

Let's examine this a bit.

Is there anything you say here about workers (being able to quit, not being owned, etc.) that doesn't apply to the denizens of a dictatorship, assuming they are permitted to leave the dictatorship?

Slaves can't quit, workers can.

At great hardship for many.

With no guarantee of finding a new job for many.

And there is nowhere to escape the dictator/servant dynamic for many.

A dictatorial power system has been defined for you ad nauseum.

It is a human power structure where all real power exists in an individual or a small group and all others within the organization can either follow orders or leave.

Slaves are owned, workers aren't.

Wage slaves were found to be cheaper than unpaid slaves that were owned which meant they had to be maintained.

The beauty of wage slavery for the capitalist is you do not have to maintain the slave.

If they die or get broken or sick you just throw them away and get another.

At great hardship for many.

Still nothing compared to the hardship of having to run and hide from a slave owner with the police trying to return the slave.

In one situation the law is forcing you to return whether you want to or not. In the other you are saying "oh that is a real scary risk" and complaining that life isn't risk free. You want the risk-free life of a dictator.
