Issues that effect only one person are sometimes psychosis.
Why do people keep saying "he" and not "she"? If you're not going to say "It" why say "he"? Just because the trans people have a bigger voting lobby than the alien people?
Is the difference just the number of believers? To loosely paraphrase Sam Harris, if you believe some magic words turns your hat into a cat you are delusional, but if you believe saying some magic words turns a cracker into the corpse of your long dead leader, you're just Catholic.
That is not really clear considering the responses in these threads. The masturbatory nature of white cis insecure male hostility toward transgenders and other minorities and vulnerable groups is loud and clear whether it's a sexual masturbation or just the animal brain fear aggression variety. It's gross and obvious, whether you're aware of yourself or not.
I agree. The unaware incels among us react to anything unusual on an animal level, not a level of reason or seeking knowledge or understanding. Their behavior toward minorities and vulnerable groups is self-stroking and gross and they should be told that as much as possible. They are programmed to be scared of anything that doesn't look like what they're used to so they resort to bullying and posturing.
I doubt they'll ever gain an iota of clarity on that or a better awareness of themselves, but they do respond to being shamed. Bullying is the only mentality they understand, so they should be ridiculed into the ground until they notice they are outnumbered, which makes them cower because aggression is what they respect, not principles, and then maybe they'll change their behavior.

I was raised a Catholic.
I did not meet one person who believed the cracker was more than symbolic. Some saw it as kind of sacred. But people actually believing the Medieval stuff?
No.
I am not a big fan of Sam Harris. He's as off on Catholicism as he is on Islam.
But the issue is certainly prevalence of a condition in the population.
Being a Catholic is not a condition.
Who you want to have sex with and what gender you identify as are. Almost all people have a sex drive and some kind of gender identity.
Some delusion you are a bowl of spaghetti is a problem for a psychiatrist.

There are definitely people who believe that the cracker is literally Jesus. I'll grant you that this is a minority of self-identifying Catholics.

The Catholic Church became very scientific in the late 20th Century.
Unlike some Protestant denominations the Catholic Church accepted evolution.
They turned it on it's head and said it merely showed the god to be more clever than previously thought.
Thank you for this. My thinking is that this might be a result of his coping mechanism. It might be in his mind and then it might be him simply flipping off the world as a whole. If the later, it wouldn't be the first time someone rejected society.

I'm just saying psychosis can't be ruled out.
But it would take an examination to know exactly what is happening.
Being an alien could never rationally be more than a wish.
But a person born a man living as a women can easily be done.
I tend to pitty those who lack the intellectual honesty, for lack of a better word, to take the time to understand others. I don't pity them for the way they are, but for the loss of what they might have become..
Have you ever considered asking them pointed questions that will let them paint themselves into a corner, with their own words. Once they corner themselves, most I've come across blow up or fade away. I've noticed that embarrassing them in this way simply reduces their sense of self down to the stature of their own character.
Shaming them most times just drives them into a darker corner of hatred than they were when they came here. Hatred is, to me a form of insanity and those who suffer from that form of insanity might just strike out physically at some innocent because they couldn't assail the object of their displeasure.
People who don't think of others many times surrounds themselves with like company and they regurgitate old statements that lead them back to where they came from. A place of continent that reduces personal effort to a punch line.

The comments I made only had to do with remorse for what she originally did with (and continues to do) with her body. Had the alien left her body alone in the first place I might be sexually aroused with it.
But as it is now...not a chance. And thats not even considering the fact that all the sex organs are gone now. I view what happened simply as Micheal Jackson style body mutilation. Nothing more, nothing less.
I don't think the Catholic Church ever embraced anything that they couldn't use to further themselves. Faith based institutions never modernize themselves, because they would loose their power in doing so.
I wish you would elaberate on this. There is nothing to discuss about a picture other than the assumptions of others. Thank you.

It seems like a fairly small concession to me. As long as they obey the law and pays their taxes like the rest of us, whose business is it what they call themselves? People are so rude these days. Just because someone is "weird" to you doesn't mean you don't owe them minimal courtesy.
Exactly. So what if he wants to be genderless? I don't see anyone being harmed by that other than perhaps him.
