Fake conversation for purpose of clarification:
* Timmy says "3+3=6"
* Bobby says "1+4=6"
* Teacher says "Timmy's right, Bobby's wrong"
* Bob's uncle shows up and complains that Bobby is criticized unfairly: "He gave the same answer, 6, as Timmy gave."
We just saw a variation of this. Before reviewing that however, let's briefly discuss thread topic: Hatred around the world.
TL;DR: There's a lot of it.
Many Hindus in India hate Muslims, almost advocating genocide. Many Arabs hate Jews; many Christians and Jews hate Muslims; Many Whites hate Blacks; the list goes on and on. Hatred IS on the rise, enabled by recent ascendancy of the Right-wing and Fascism.
When I was young I witnessed about ZERO hatred against Jews. I had a childhood friend; I barely knew that he was Jewish but he made some comments that led me to understand he had experienced anti-Semitism. I spent most of my young adulthood either in Berkeley -- renowned as a "hotbed" of progressive thought -- or Silicon Valley -- where engineers were too busy working unpaid overtime to mention any prejudices. And of course Arabs in the U.S. are generally too happy to be living in the U.S. to reveal bigotries if they have any. The Swizzster had to go all the way to Austria -- home of the famous moustached man -- to come up with an anecdote to impugn Arabs generally.
When I moved to rural Thailand I came into contact with a different sort of Caucasian male than I'd encountered in Berkeley or Silicon Valley. On some occasions I drank beer with seven Brits and listened while EVERY one of those Europeans badmouthed Jews. (I listened silently; color me a shameful coward if you wish.) One Irishman asserted "There must be something wrong with the Jews. Why else have they been hated for hundreds of years."
Although Trump's equivalent of the "Brown Shirts" march and shout "Jews will not replace us," in the U.S.A. it is Blacks who are the major victims of the bigotries of police and MAGA scum more generally. Anyone who pretends not to believe that is a troll. But Americans have plenty of hatred against Muslims, against the brown-skinned, and against immigrants more generally. Some "red-neck" Americans generally hate Asians. Even otherwise-rational Americans are at fault: I, for one, strongly dislike "red-neck" Americans and supporters of Trumpism, even thought the rational part of my brain understands that I should pity these bigots.

Jewish people in the EU continue to face high levels of antisemitism, according to the latest survey from the bloc's Fundamental Rights Agency (FRA).
What percentage of this antisemitism is by the Islamists EU foolishly allowed to immigrate by the millions in recent decades?
Rather LITTLE I will guess anecdotally, based on my personal conversations with middle-aged white British males.
(I don't need to ask that racist misogynist to shut up. Two clicks silences him permanently, although a third click is then needed when I inject myself into a conversation where he is quoted.)
If you have nothing to say, it's generally better to say nothing, so that people aren't alerted to the fact that you are incapable of defending your position.

Exactly what is it that distinguishes TS's post in your mind from the almost identical GN post that you "Like"d 34 minutes later?

It's the difference between reality and racist fantasy. Re-read the comment by Bobby's uncle (your metaphier) at the beginning of this post if you really don't get it.
