A Ukrainian drone blew up a Russian tank near the front line in southern Ukraine this week or shortly before.

That alone isn’t all that special. Ukrainian forces have destroyed thousands of Russian tanks in the 23 months since Russia widened its war on Ukraine. Drones have accounted for hundreds of those kills.

No, what’s notable is the type of drone ... and the type of tank. It was a two-pound first-person-view drone—and it struck a 1950s-vintage T-55 tank.

A ship sunk in port is still sunk. Of course they are hitting them when they are easiest to find and easiest to hit.
You are trying to represent it as some kind of great victory.
Yes, NATO is capable to target stationary targets in ports.
Russia can do that too. Russia can do even more with very little effort.
If you can't defend your ports you have a problem.
OK, US have a problem then.

No need for Russia to stop their aggression then?
Sooner or later Russia will run out everything and Ukraine will be able to march to Vladivostok, right?

Why would Ukraine invade Russia? They just want Russians out of their country. Perhaps Russians would feel more secure if they would devote more of their defenses into their country rather than trying to steal other people's land?

Actually current regime in Kiev made territorial claims on a a number of regions including Far East.
But it is really US/NATO who want to "democratize" whole Russia. So everything is going according to plan, ukrainian army is exterminating russians orcs in huge numbers, you just need to approve more money.
EU garden from Lisbon to Vladivostok is coming sooner than you think!
Vladivostok will be renamed to Banderagrad, Moskva to New Kiev.
By the way, Spain will go to Ukraine too. Any spaniards here? get ready to learn your native language - ukrainian.

My, how careless.

.....
A massive explosion occurred at the Votkinsk weapons factory in Russia's Udmurtia region the evening of Feb. 7, according to the state-run news outlet TASS.

The Votkinsk Machine Building Plant produces nuclear weapons components and ballistic missiles, including the RS-24 Yars intercontinental ballistic missile (ICBM).

I'm curious, how many countries do you think Russia needs to invade before its people can feel safe from invasion from the European Meanies?

I already answered that question.

Indeed. And when you need to seek asylum, let me know!

Nah, you’re free to keep your Nazi regime.
You’re NOT free to impose it on Ukraine or anyone else.

Yes, NATO is capable to target stationary targets in ports.
NATO is quite capable of hitting ships at sea.
But it isn't NATO attacking anybody, despite your bluster. A small country with no appreciable navy is taking out those Russian ships. It kinda demonstrates that your claims about NATO and USA attacking Russia are bogus.

Russia’s Oil Industry Threatened by Ukrainian Drones, Western Sanctions

However, if small drones with no more than 5 kilograms of explosives managed to reach Ust-Luga, which is 620 miles from Ukrainian territory, this means there are a total of eighteen Russian refineries with a combined capacity of 3.5 million barrels per day (more than half the Russian total) that are possible targets.
Good. Lots to choose from.
When Russia began rebuilding its industrial base in the early 2000s, the country largely used imported equipment.
Now that might come back to bite you in the ass.
just like you can’t replace a faulty clutch in a BMW with a similar part from a Russian-made Lada
The BMW: Ew. Ew. Ew. Get that thing away from me.
Existing rules require equipment to be fixed according to the service manuals of the original manufacturers, and using original parts.
Yeah, they're gonna have to scrap those requirements and go the way of the Russian aerospace industry.

I didn't know what to make of these strikes on Russian oil facilities, just how much damage they might be doing. But it looks like even a small strike can cause quite a headache if the needed repair parts are not available.
It's Ukraine's best bet to go after Russia economically. Harass and terrorize them from now until hell freezes over or until they get the hell out of Ukraine. Make sure stolen land is forever a liability to Russia.
And at a minimum, Biden and EU leaders can look the other way when western missiles hit legitimate targets within Russia.

But it isn't NATO attacking anybody,
I have a bridge you might be interested in purchasing.
Nazis are using NATO satellite data, NATO missiles. US pays salaries for to all nazi soldiers and whole nazi government.
NATO soldiers in the from of mercenaries are being deployed in Ukraine. It's an unprovoked NATO aggression against Russia.

I wonder what the betting line is for European troops officially fighting in Ukraine in the next year.
