I try not to be an ass-hole, but sometimes it happens. Now, I do not have much time left, it is sort of OK.This is exactly what happened to my then wife and I 30 years ago. We were advised by a doctor that the baby that we wanted didn't have a brain and the pregnancy should be terminated. It was anencephalic and would not live, or if it did, it would only be for a matter of days at most. It was a "late term abortion" because both of us wanted a child very much....until we found at 21 weeks that it didn't have a brain. So there was a medical reason, just like there are for 99.999999% of all "late term" abortions. Many pro life groups argued that it WAS viable and show 'proof' in the form of a baby with a little cap on' They didn't say how long it survived, just that it was born alive.
