The scary part is that I'm unhinged enough to do it with a "machete".

I dunno for sure, but the scary part to home-breaking robber me, would probably be that you MIGHT want to take advantage of a rare opportunity to hack someone up with a machete with complete impunity. I’d probably rather take my chances with the neighbor!

If someone lives a life which fails to frighten anyone even a little bit, "I do not consent" is sure to make at least some folks out there in the world laugh rather than stop.

Ideally, people would be, at a bare minimum, frightened enough of me to think I will beat them within an inch of their life and quite likely take away the relatively painless use of whatever parts of their body gets damaged in the course of my own self-defense.

And ideally they would also be frightened enough of me to know that making overtures of social attacks and social leverage at me will end in a similar outcome.

That's about how frightened everyone should be of everyone else. Not because its great to be frightened, but because that's what keeps the peace when all else fails.

I find this sentiment extremely problematic.

ICE is not practicing justice.

it's in the states that are cooperating with ICE in the normal fashion. You know - informing ICE when someone here illegally is apprehended and detaining them to hand over, as well as informing ICE when an illegal alien has completed a sentence so that ICE can deport them in the normal fashion.
