Let's take a trip down memory lane and see how many Putin's lapdog got right...
1. Oil price will rise to $150 a barrel, and gas price will top $5.000 per 1.000 cubic meters - didn't happen
2. The UK will rejoin the EU - didn't happen
3. The EU will collapse after the UK’s return; Euro will drop out of use as the former EU currency - didn't happen
4. Poland and Hungary will occupy western regions of the formerly existing Ukraine - didn't happen (and "formerly existing Ukraine" is complete gibberish)
5. The Fourth Reich will be created, encompassing the territory of Germany and its satellites, i.e., Poland, the Baltic states, Czechia, Slovakia, the Kiev Republic, and other outcasts - didn't happen
6. War will break out between France and the Fourth Reich. Europe will be divided, Poland repartitioned in the process - didn't happen
7. Northern Ireland will separate from the UK and join the Republic of Ireland - didn't happen
8. Civil war will break out in the US, California. and Texas becoming independent states as a result. Texas and Mexico will form an allied state. Elon Musk’ll win the presidential election in a number of states which, after the new Civil War’s end, will have been given to the GOP - didn't happen
9. All the largest stock markets and financial activity will leave the US and Europe and move to Asia - didn't happen
10. The Bretton Woods system of monetary management will collapse, leading to the IMF and World Bank crash. Euro and Dollar will stop circulating as the global reserve currencies. Digital fiat currencies will be actively used instead - didn't happen. And not only did it not happen, this piece of stupidity was fact checked by Musk's shitter faithful.
Wisely, Dimitri Medvedev isn't making any predictions for 2025.
More members of the nuclear club. Many of the advanced nations of the world have the tech and could do so reasonably easily.

That's goofy. But Mexico has a very strong claim on Texas and a bunch of the US Southwest. And it's recent enough that there are probably still documents proving it. Documents written and signed by US citizens and government officials.

Are you talking electricity generation, or weapons proliferation?
The latter is pretty effectively prohibited by the Non-Proliferation Treaty, and the only remaining nation that is not already a nuclear weapons state, but is not a party to the NPT (and so could develop or obtain such weapons without breaching international law) is South Sudan.
All the other non-parties already have nukes: India, Israel, North Korea and Pakistan.
As far as electricity generation goes, it seems a bit silly for any new member of the nuclear power club to "reinvent the wheel", when they can get existing designs built by existing experienced teams; France, the US, South Korea, and India would all be lining up to sell their expertise to any new entrants. So the technological hurdle to adoption is very low indeed.
You don't need to develop your own reactor from scratch, when you can just buy one from an existing supplier.

Texas won an Independence War (generally a single battle) against Mexico. The American Southwest (or Mexican North/Northwest) was ceded in a separate war.

There ain't no predicting this Administration. I think everything is on the table.
We all know Trump is a big talker and doer of much less. Things feel different this time. I think the pardon of the J6 felons will give us a feel for how bumpy the road will be. Pardons just happenstance folk, maybe it'll be okay. Pardons everyone, stock up on booze as sobriety will not be recommended.

I predict breaking ground on the temple, a betrayal of Israel, loyalty pledges, tattoos, implants, etc.
I predict Trump doing a Speedrun on fulfilling every bad plot twist in a Tim LaHaye novel.
I have some expectations about what happens after with various faith groups and their "end of days funds" that they saved up until now, but it seems Trump is dead set on filling out every last despicable prophecy from Revelation.
