I have three different referents for the word "football", and none of them include anything that looks like that.
"Football", with no other qualifiers, may mean:
1) Rugby League Football; or
2) Association Football; or
3) Australian Rules Football
Of course, there are other possibilities, but I rarely encounter them, and would expect a fuller description; for example, there are also:
4) Rugby Union Football;
5) Gaelic Football; and
6) International Rules Football (a hybrid of 3 & 5, above).

I started to watch it earlier this morning, and when she started doing the forward roll part, I had to turn it off. It felt very uncomfortable, like I was watching one of those death videos where someone gets hit by a car and their body tumbles in ways that the human body was never meant to go. But when you mentioned Curly, I knew I had to finish the clip and then watch Curly. I wish I had a nickel for everytime me and my friends did that on the carpet as kids.
