Lots of people say lots of stupid stuff {includes self}. Even more people hear lots of stupid stuff, and a few of them are of a nature to go on violent rampages because of stuff they heard. In order to get that kind of reaction though, the orator has to have some kind of special pulpit from which to deliver their stupidity...
I'm waiting for some murderous moron to claim the "Donny made me do it" defense... and I hope whoever it is, gets off.
Every very stable genius knows damn well when they are inciting people to murder.

With all of these mass shootings, why do we never hear about mass killings with other weapons like swords? Was there ever a guy running around mass slicing and dicing victims with a sword?

Sounds like a guy that had a vendetta against the paper. He lost a lawsuit against them.

See, if you hung around at gun forums, you'd already know that today's mass shooting was a great victory for the AR-15.

Sounds like I'm kidding.

I'm not.

Lots of, "Oh, look, I guess it's not just those scary black rifles that can kill people," and, "I hope they (the press) doesn't leave out that an AR wasn't used!"

Full disclosure: today was my day off. I went shooting. I took my 30-06 (sub MOA at 100 yards baby!), my AK, my CZ75, and my .357. Had lots of fun. Didn't kill anyone. Still doesn't make me sympathetic to the "We should be able to own machine-guns and anti-tank weapons" crowd (yes, those people really exist).

Not long ago my wife was telling me about a mass knifing in China. 2 dead, IIRC 8 wounded. Guy flipped out after losing all his money on sports betting.
 
The kook harassed a women. He got sued, and lost. The paper reported it. He didn't like that. He harassed the paper for some time. And then went on a rampage. Despite his record, he was allowed to own weapons. No "red flag" law was applied to him. He has been off his nut for years.

One detail I found interesting is that his Twitter account, which he had used for years to harass the reporter and the newspaper, went silent in January 2016 (the month Trump was sworn in); then the threats started up again right before he went on his shooting rampage.

Did I imply that conservatives are terrorists. I apologize for being politically incorrect. I forgot that we're not allowed to call white people terrorists unless they are from Ireland. Can you ever find it in your heart to forgive me for being so careless with those fragile white feewings?

What's stopping you from calling people white people terrorists or racists if you feel like it? You're just exercising your free speech. No-one is stopping you. You've been doing it for a long time (exercising your free speech, that is).

What do you call black conservatives?
