I live in Minnesota, Minneapolis no less. People with facepaint and viking helmets aren't entirely unheard of in a non-booger context here. LD has the same problem, I think.

As for the Boogermobiles, often they are identifiable because they like to remove their plates. See an oversized truck without plates? Probably a Booger

Don’t y’all got cops for that? I believe Ohio still has fixed and mobile license plate readers in every major city. There was a story a few years back of their installation. Ohio law enforcement has been protecting its citizens for years now.
They also know when I run up to MI to buy weed and who my favorite prostitute is.

ok, so ya.. don't burn those trucks to the ground either. Take a picture of the VIN, which can usually be found on top of the dashboard, visible from outside the windshield. And since such a vehicle is breaking the law by being parked on a public road without plates, also report it to the police for towing.

If I took a picture of every Texas plate I see on a trip downtown it would fill right up.

No, proactively documenting the visitors is not a job the cops perform. It is a job I suggest all American Patriots engage in to assist law enforcement who themselves may not engage in these activities until AFTER an incident occurs as part of an investigation AFTER an attack has occured.

Heh, riiight... that is why I am suggesting spreading the word of constructively documenting license plates as opposed to destroying personal property by breaking glass, slashing tires, pouring sugar in the gas tank, etc... cause' that's what our "rational, restrained" people are saying.

Ya, Colorado has A LOT of out of state plates... perhaps limit your photographs of those actually parked around Civic Center Park and the Cap Hill area.
