Last Friday the Freedom Caucus which supports immediate detention of all unpatriotic Americans wooed Representative Paul Ryan after the old Speaker, Boehner went flat. Rep Ryan answered only in silence which some conservatives jumped on as acceptance.
The climax came Thursday when the Tuesday Group of GOP moderates backed Ryan by acclamation in a morning meeting, then the conservative Republican Study Committee, announced its endorsement in the afternoon.
However, it was not until the end of the day Thursday, that Rep. Paul Ryan finally decided to stop teasing the Caucus, ending two weeks of drama and doubt about the Wisconsin Republican’s intentions.
He told colleagues in a letter, “after hearing soothing words of encouragement from the Caucus and watching some rather graphic videos, I believe we are now ready to move forward as a single, united team, one love, one heart, and one naked flesh drenched in bath oil.
"And I will be the voice of that new body. I will speak for the new body both before and after the money starts rolling in.”
