George Carlin said a lot of good things. Unfortunately, this wasn't one of them. What "political correctness" is, 9 times out of 10, is just not being an arsehole to fellow human beings.

I don't care which side does it. Anybody who attacks the person instead of argument is an absolute arse.
In a free democratic society everybody should feel free to speak their mind and not worry if they'll lose their livelihoods. That's as true for Nation of Islam supporters as White Pride groups to man-hating feminazis

9 times out of 10 political correctness is the declaration that the label makes the item.
When you remove a politically incorrect term for a situation you just cause another term to arise to take it's place, you don't solve the original issue.
Now, in a few cases there was no real reason for the initial word but most of the time there is.
