It's not a personal attack, it's an accurate identifier. This guy claimed to be a refugee (he is not, which also makes him a fakefugee) and he raped (and murdered) a woman. Thus "rapefugee" fits.
The problem is rapugees infers they are all like that which is not the case. There are also 'fake' claimants but they must be more clearly distinguished from genuine ones, which is not so easy.

Rapefugees are a subset of all migrants. The problem is when you take mass quantities of migrants without any vetting you are bound to get a lot of very bad hombres. And you exacerbate the situation by treating migrants who commit serious crimes like rape with kid gloves. For example, one Yemeni child rapist migrant in Sweden got probation and no deportation and an Iraqi child rapist in Austria got a short sentence and also isn't going to be deported.
It's definitely not easy when you eschew all vetting and just let everybody in who comes in, no questions asked. Look at what's happening in Europe right now with the mostly sub-Saharan and Bangladeshi migrants. None of them are real refugees. They are all migrating for economic reasons. Yet, the pro-migrant crowd still calls them "refugees".

99% of Afghans support Sharia Law. And they are mostly migranting for economic reasons, not to escape tyranny.

Those foreigners have a lot of nerve coming here and committing crimes on U.S. soil. They should be captured by Trump's people and put in one of those immigrant camps, then finally after decades due to years of crimes they committed, they should be deported back to under whatever rock they came from. The world was very different in the 18th and 19th centuries and the immigrants who came to US were very different than the people flooding into Europe now.
Europe has nothing to gain from largely uneducated (often illiterate) mass migrants who tend to come from cultures totally incompatible with European societies. They will be a burden economically and societally all they do is islamicize Europe.
By the way, there are more rapefugees in Germany.
