Your russian sucks. He does not answer "yes" to any question. He answer "Yes, I wanted Trump to win" to the first and that's it, No reply for the second part most likely because it was not even translated to him, he was so quick. The suppression of Putin's response should not be surprising. The reporter was trying to get Putin to deny meddling with a straight face, but he asked a two-part question--did Putin support Trump's bid for the presidency and did he order his government to meddle? Putin appeared to answer "yes" to both, but it wasn't totally clear which question he was answering.
You are not paying attention, and you've just admitted the very point we're arguing. From the raw story article:
“They just dropped that out,” Maddow said. “What the White House has disappeared from the official record, both in print and in the video, President Putin answering in the affirmative when asked if he wanted Trump to win the election.”
Russia doesn’t even show the reporter asked the question at all in their transcript.

“At least the White House had the courtesy to leave in half the question so you can get a misleading answer,” Maddow said. “The Russians took it out altogether. They skipped over the entire exchange. So a critical exchange deleted from the transcript. The U.S. government is following the Kremlin’s playbook and maintaining something we all saw happen with our own eyes, we all heard happen with our own ears, has nevertheless disappeared. Like old political opponents being airbrushed out of photos. Weird, right? Creepy. It turns out wasn’t a mistake. It was on purpose.”
So, you gonna believe Trump and Putin, or your lying eyes and ears?
