Let's Go Brandon!
A “coup”. Such a drama queen. You believe that opposing an illegal coup staged by an authoritarian is "fascism"?
Behave yourself.

Seems you are shit out of luck either way then.My vote only counts if there are politicians willing to follow our election laws.
I don’t support Trump but I won’t be voting for Brandon. If you think a vote matters, you should not be supporting Trump.
Did trump try to use his power to overthrow the election or not? What was the fake electors scheme? Decertification of ballots. What would you call these actions?A “coup”. Such a drama queen. You believe that opposing an illegal coup staged by an authoritarian is "fascism"?
Behave yourself.
I love how the fascists are only trying to save democracy.Enforcing the law is not cowardly. Trying to save our democracy is not cowardly. Preventing the most feckless, incompetent, dangerous, and ignorant piece of shit to have ever been allowed to set foot in the White House is not cowardly.
Pretty lame comeback.A “coup”. Such a drama queen. You believe that opposing an illegal coup staged by an authoritarian is "fascism"?
Behave yourself.
That's the apparent intent anyhow.the courts ruling will let him escape justice.
And what do you call the brownshirts storming the Capital, if not a coup attempt?A “coup”. Such a drama queen.
I'm getting confused. Which side are you calling fascists?I love how the fascists are only trying to save democracy.
Brownshirts? lol. The vegan shaman that cried? Have a fucking word with yourself. And what do you call the brownshirts storming the Capital, if not a coup attempt?A “coup”. Such a drama queen.
Not to mention that every witness against Trump in all these cases has also been Republicans."Dems" aren't even pushing for this, at least not exclusively. Plenty of the people involved are Republicans, including those who pressed this lawsuit. And there are a surprising number of "liberal" turncoats arguing against this decision, including some of the most highly placed and highly visible Democratic politicians: President Biden, Gavin Newsom. But it would be reasonable for a Democrat or any other citizen to want a free and fair election. There should be Republican and Democrat and Green and Libertarian candidates on the ballot, and there will be. But there should be no one on the ballot who is unwilling to swear an oath of loyalty to this country and its laws in the exercise of their duties, or who has clearly demonstrated a fundamental unwillingness to honor such an oath.
I love how reality seems to elude you.I love how the fascists are only trying to save democracy.Enforcing the law is not cowardly. Trying to save our democracy is not cowardly. Preventing the most feckless, incompetent, dangerous, and ignorant piece of shit to have ever been allowed to set foot in the White House is not cowardly.
A lot of these guys were actually wearing brown shirts, and proud of the symbolism. And it is the same violence the Nazi party did on it's way up.Brownshirts? lol. The vegan shaman that cried? Have a fucking word with yourself. And what do you call the brownshirts storming the Capital, if not a coup attempt?A “coup”. Such a drama queen.

Supreme Court sidesteps decision on Trump presidential immunity claim in federal election interference case
Trump is claiming broad immunity for actions he took in office, including efforts to overturn the 2020 presidential election results for which he faces prosecution.www.nbcnews.com
By doing this, the Court has likely punted Trump's federal convictions for years now - most likely they will not rule on this issue until June of 2025. That's the signal that they're raising. They're going to help Trump to delay, delay, delay. That's all he needs to secure the nomination and then if he wins, pardon himself and move on.
What a bunch of fucktards we have on this Court. SCROTUS is right.
the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit will take first crack at the issue; it is scheduled to hear oral arguments on Jan. 9.
Once that court rules, the Supreme Court could act quickly on whether to take up the case.
It's not about presidents; It's about precedents.Totally disagree. Dems want trump removed from candidacy because it would be better for the country, but it will cost us. Haley would probably beat Biden. Trump running would drive much greater dem turnout. We’ll probably lose the house also. But it’s far better for the country to have Trump on the sidelines. Besides being an incompetent crook, he violated our election laws. He violated our constitution. He’s a danger to our system.Cowardly? No, what is cowardly is the “democrats” doing all they can to keep a candidate off the ballot. Why not? I happen to believe in the rule of law. And it’s painfully obvious that Trump broke it. Why should he escape justice like this? A stupid delay just to give him a victory while avoiding the question. It’s disgusting. And cowardly to boot.He may not. But he’s not above the law. And the courts ruling will let him escape justice. Why do you hate democracy so much?
If Trump is really as bad as what the legacy media and the Democratic party say, surely Trump has absolutely no chance of winning?
I don’t believe for one second your concern is about Trump “escaping justice”.
Yes. He’s right. That actually did happen.Sure, Jan.A lot of these guys were actually wearing brown shirts, and proud of the symbolism. It means that they will delay a decision until after the election. You can be damn sure of that. The court of appeals has to make a decision first. While they’ve put it on their fast track, that still likely means six months from now. Then the high court will hear it . . . When they reconvene in October. They won’t issue a decision until long after trump is sworn in. Like June. Then they’ll rule against him. Too late. oh well. Better luck next time.Supreme Court sidesteps decision on Trump presidential immunity claim in federal election interference case

It doesn't mean it's going to take years, it will still proceed in the lower courts.
