I would point out life giving rise to life all over the place without any evident help from any god. Then I would point out the complete and utter lack of any evidence for such a thing as a god. Then I would ask you to provide some evidence to back up your claim, as the burden of proof lies on you as the one making the positive claim. Then, when you'd blustered and preached for a while without providing any evidence except your usual bullshit, which is no evidence for anything, I'd walk away and leave you with your delusion.

Or maybe I'd just cut out the first few steps and walk away right at the start, knowing what to expect if I hung around. Saves time.

If you said that you wouldn't because it's not an assertion backed up by any evidence and therefore you're fine simply rejecting it as baseless until such evidence is presented and didn't bother to refute it, I'd say that you have taken a valid position on my claim.

Show me a god creating life and I'll be glad to look at the evidence and offer up refutations of any particular points you give. I'm not going to do more until you stop dodging and start proving that life didn't come from the ass of a magic unicorn.
