The Cold Blooded Murder Of Renee Good

So the autopsy report is out. Good was alive for a period of time after she was shot. Denying her medical care is outrageous.
So the denial of medical care was material to the act of heinous murder, in addition to also being incredibly heinous in its own right.

Wow her vehicle must have the ability to create injuries using an induction principle, which means that it did not have to actually make physical contact with him to produce injuries. Also not mere surface injuries but internal ones. No wonder the FBI seized it and took it away, because they obviously need it to be studied in a DARPA weapons laboratory for creation of new weaponry.

No, ICE (Immigration and Customs Enforcement) cannot legally deny necessary medical care, especially emergency or critical treatment, to individuals in their custody.
They were not denying necessary medical care. They were denying random person claiming to be a doctor.
So, had an ICE member been shot and was bleeding to death, the timeline on medical treatment would have been the same?
Obviously.

Another shooting by ICE in Minneapolis. Situation developing.

A man was shot in the leg Wednesday night during a federal immigration enforcement operation in north Minneapolis, according to multiple sources with knowledge of the situation.
That one seems justified.
The three venezolanos ilegales fought with ICE officers, including with a snow shovel.

Federal Agent Shoots Man in Minneapolis, Prompting Tense Protests
NYT said:
Tricia McLaughlin, a spokeswoman for the Department of Homeland Security, said in a statement that federal agents were trying to arrest a man from Venezuela who was in the country illegally in a “targeted traffic stop” at around 6:50 p.m. She said that he fled from agents.
When the officer caught up to him, Ms. McLaughlin said he “began to resist and violently assault the officer.” She said two people came out of a nearby building and, along with the man being sought, attacked the officer with a snow shovel and a broom handle.
The officer feared for his life and fired shots, striking the man whom agents were seeking in the leg, Ms. McLaughlin said. The agent and the man who was shot were in the hospital, she added, and the other two people she accused of attacking the agent were in custody.

DHS identifies illegal immigrants involved in second Minneapolis ICE shooting
Fox 9 said:
Julio Cesar Sosa-Celis, who illegally entered the U.S. from Venezuela in August 2022, was the target of the ICE operation when he was shot in the leg, according to DHS. He was previously convicted of driving without a license and arrested on two counts of giving a false name to a peace officer.
Officials said he was released by Minnesota authorities before ICE could lodge a detainer against him.
Alfredo Alejandro Ajorna and Gabriel Alejandro Hernandez-Ledezma were identified as the two men who came out of a nearby apartment and attacked the ICE agent with a snow shovel and broom handle while he was trying to arrest Sosa-Celis, according to DHS.

I disagree with Trump's ICE tactics, but I just as much disagree with the "sanctuary" policies that led to this overreach. Had democratic politicians allowed immigration laws to be properly enforced instead of protecting illegals, we would not be here.
I don't believe a damn thing that comes out of a DHS 'statement'.

“We”?? You and ICE are an item?
Your slip is showing, ma’am.
Everything is Dems’ fault so fuck ‘em if “we” decide to murder them, disappear them or whatever. All for the public good! Ask any Trumpsucker, and they’ll agree.

A page out of the GOP partisan playbook. What utter crapola.
It's not partisan to acknowledge that both sides contributed to the mess we find ourselves in.
There are federal troops in our cities, which is killing people and causing tension to skyrocket. Arguing that "both sides" are responsible for what is inarguably an authoritarian policy doesn't do the word "absurd" justice. This is a violent, frightening, abusive exercise of power intended to cause unrest in order to escalate things so that more oppressive policies can be brought to bear.

The Dems are undoubtedly incompetent and they are severely out of touch with most Americans, but their intentions are not to take away rights and terrify people.

Exactly.
And that is exactly what trumpsuckers will hide under their beds to avoid recognizing.

One side is arguing that officers have absolute immunity (they don't), and are excusing their actions no matter what they do, the other side isn't. Actually this is all on the law and order crowd who believe the law and order "enforcers" can do whatever the fuck they want.

And yet their incompetence, and out-of-touch positions led to Trump getting (re)elected, and to the current situation.

@RVonse -- As we know by now, we are living in alternate realities. Yet these realities do intertwine in weird ways. Millions of "Americans" were able to cross-over from your reality and elect Trump. Perhaps the Mods should move my post to a cosmology forum, but the murder of Renee Gold seems like a good starting point to explore the contact between the alternate realities.

Was Renee Good killed in your reality?

Here is a 5-minute video showing some of the crimes ICE has committed in Minnesota. Does the link work in your reality? I'm NOT asking whether or not it is "Fake News": I just want to explore the interfaces between realities. Does the link even work in your reality? Can you view all five minutes? In the other reality does this video make ICE look like heroes?

We understand that it is the Demoncrats who are the villains in the other reality. Can you link us to news videos in that reality? I want to see if we can access those videos over here.

Thanks.
RVonse is anti-establishment. He sees Trump as anti-establishment, therefore he is attracted to him. What RVonse doesn't understand is that RVonse is anti-establishment because he thinks it is in the people's best interest. Trump is anti-establishment because it is what Trump thinks is in his personal best interest. The goals and principles of the two are not remotely aligned, and MAGA and RVonse don't seem to get that.
Not sure RVonse is ideologically anything. He claims to be for the middle class but worships at the altar of Elon Musk and other billionaire oligarchs. He claims to be against Citizens United but will visciously defend the Supreme Justices who voted for that ruling. He claims to be against government corruption but will always defend the greatest violator of the Hatch Act and emoluments clause in history.

I also wouldn't call Trump anti-establishment. Flooding one's cabinet with sycophants and Wall Street type billionaires is about as establishment as you can get. Not to mention Trump has been ingratiating himself with elites for fucking decades. He was literally establishment last fucking century.

"Baby, look what you made me do".

You’re blind.
Their incompetence is made of the same vaporware as Trump’s competence.
Between the Musks, the Russians, the Saudis, their collective willingness to lie cheat steal and deceive with all the smoke and mirrors money could buy, they fooled enough people like you to elect a proven rapist fraud.
Quite a feat, no matter how you slice it.

From Trump's 2025 Inauguration to December, there have been 622,000 deported, 1,900,000 self-deportations and at least 65,735 migrants currently in ICE detention. The Trump regime has been a rip-roaring success for xenophobes. They've been so successful perhaps their charter should be expanded to other undesirables: socialists, Demoncrats, lesbians, Jews.

Could the 1st-person pronoun have been deployed for even more personal reasons? ICE hired over 12,000 new agents in 2025 and is still recruiting. $63k average salary. Their recruitment targets the ilk that admires gun thugs like Zimmerman and Rittenhouse. In a hurry to get the new hires active, training has been cut from 13 weeks to 6 weeks, or even less if the recruit has previous experience as an "officer."

It's likely fake news, but a 'Net source claims that "AI" scans applicants' resume to see if they are "officers" who qualify for the even-more curtailed training. The software just hunts for the "officer" keyword, matching e.g. "My parole officer is happy with my behavior."

@Derec -- What's your immediate emotional response when you read facts like the above?

The ambiguity in "we would not be here" is interesting. There is a literal meaning and a more figurative meaning. I'm not sure what my initial reading would have been. (I first read the Derec quote inside Elixir's response.)

"We"
Literal: "We" == "I (Derec) and one or more others (ICE agents?)"
Figurative: "We" == "The country"

"Here"
Literal: "Here" == "Minnesota"
Figurative: "Here" == "The situation where fascist ICE thugs are committing crimes."

I strongly believe that Derec intended the figurative meaning (perhaps with "noble warriors" substituted for "fascist thugs" and "cleansings" subbing for "crimes") but find it interesting that there is a literal meaning in conformance with Derec's politics. Freudian slip on his part? Probably not, but I don't think we can rule it out.
