By far, most teams down 3-0 lose the next game, so the Jays beat history there, but couldn't beat the bigger odds of coming all the way back. Cleveland's biorythms are peaking or something. Didn't watch those games, but have watched the other series. Cubs took the first one by playing better defense and base running, and Roberts left Blanton in a few batters too many when he'd been so quick with the hook before. Second game was Kershaw being regular season Kershaw. Last night, Hill improbably outpitched Arrieta for LA's first non-Kershaw win this postseason. I thought Roberts brought in Jansen way too early though, with 4-0 lead in the 8th, and then let him pitch up 6-0 in the 9th. Jansen better not falter later is all I'm sayin. If LA can win today, I like their chances with Kershaw pitching tomorrow. But if not, it will be wide open. Rookie Urias vs. veteran Lackey today. If Kershaw was able to pitch everyday, I'd feel better. This season is reminding me some of the 88 Dodgers where they also didn't have the best team on paper but beat two 100-win teams. That team depended on Hershiser like this team does Kershaw and neither had a lot of stars compared to the competition.
To bring this to politics because it's TFT, it was reported this week Adrian Gonzales refused to stay at a Trump hotel when they played in Chicago back in May. For the playoffs, the team stayed somewhere else but because of scheduling.
