That's right. The profile picture is based on a faked image, which the Trump campaign used in the 2020 election. Apparently, Deplo either does not believe that the image was debunked, or perhaps he confines his sources of information to the right wing echo chamber and never knew about the debunking. They found the original image that was photoshopped to make it look like he was wearing an earpiece.

Why are MAGAheads unable to make rational observations? That may be a silly question because in the present political climate the inability to make rational observations pretty much defines MAGAhead. That's not the way English works.

When you add a modifier to a word you often are distinguishing the group from the normal version. Thus the existence of right wing news doesn't mean the rest is left wing.

Of course there is a source of right wing news. The meaning of which, by the way, is right wing slanted.
