Is that a pumpkin pie? I've heard of them but never seen one.

They are very traditional here but IMHO are not really very good. They have to be puffed up with nutmeg etc to make then at all palatable. I prefer apple, blueberry, chocolate. Maybe even mincemeat.

Yeah, we don't do any of that here. Pumpkins are for roasting. With lamb, or beef or chicken or pork, and potato and parsnip.
