All it will do will stop illegal crossers, i.e. those crossing the border outside designated border crossings. Like the Somalis in the article I posted.
That's the ones they know about. The whole idea of illegally crossing the border is that they do it clandestinely.

That's 287 a week, almost all of whom are US citizens (not accounting for those who enter legally and who remain after), which is rather more than 164 over three years (approx 1 per week).

Right wingers just don't get satire.
It has more to do with Poe's Law. It's difficult to know when extremists like phands are serious. You may even see it as satire while other, more radical, lefties are earnest.
NOBODY is serious about building a wall on the US - Canada border. It's intended to be fucking ridiculous, as an illustration of the ridiculousness of trying the same thing on the US - Mexico border. SMH.
