Again, this is a unpalatable false-equivalence. One can not be taken seriously by saying the two candidates "sucked". Trump enlisted a riot to overtake an election he knew he lost. And he got one of his supporters killed and several police officers were seriously hurt. Harris's ledger has no such moral or Constitutional failings as a politician or a person.

To go on about that "she sucked as well" is as intellectually bankrupt as it is poorly expressed.

And a poor candidate. Don't forget that. Had she won, she'd be a threat to the constitution. She probably would have fired all the law enforcement professionals who were looking into the Biden Crime Family, dumped all of California's farm water just to cause pain, gutted aviation safety regs and personnel, imposed massive tariffs upon American consumers to drive up the cost of living for ordinary Americans, granted tax exemptions to billionaires, revoked legal status for farm workers, appointed a billionaire buddy as First Lady, another to run (gut) the FBI, named a Russian asset as DNI, and ..

Although, I guess with Dr Phil and a Ouija board, it's possible some sort of line of communication with the Fuhrer could be opened? I'd want to see some documentation of his divinatory credentials first, though.

It's a major university in South Bend, Indiana. Home of Mayor Pete.
It was started by Jesus' own church, the Catholic Church, but my Jewish bil got his PhD there.

We do not have this problem in India, and Judges are not appointed by the ruling party.
Otherwise the justice system would have been crushed by now. Thank Allah for that.
We have faith in the judges more than we have faith in ourselves.

That is protocol. The Chief Justice of the Indian Supreme Court and four senior-most Judges of the Supreme Court (some of them will be the future Chief Justices of the Supreme Court) are members of the 'Collegium', which suggests names of Judges to Indian Government. The government some times delays the decision. It can refer back to the 'Collegium' to reconsider individual cases if they have any objection. But the government is obliged to choose judges from that list alone. Once the government approves the names, the President issues the proclamation. The ruling Government cannot suggest names to the 'Collegium'. That is the prerogative of the 'Collegium',

But the ruling party can refuse to approve names. And anyone may suggest names to the Collegium without the public's knowledge.
