I suppose after helping Israel to pound Gaza to dust, Trump is the right candidate for Nobel Peace Prize by bringing about the accord.
He also stopped the India-Pakistan war though his deputies do not claim that.

‘Epstein bomb’ about to drop, 100 GOP members to ‘jail break’ from Trump, Swalwell says

(KRON) — A Bay Area congressman claims that a bombshell revelation related to the Epstein files is on the verge of being made public and could trigger a collapse in support for President Donald Trump among Republican House members. That’s according to Rep. Eric Swalwell (D-Livermore).

The East Bay Democrat took to X on Wednesday to say he’d been speaking confidentially with colleagues on the other side of the aisle who told him support for the president was fading.

“It’s coming to an end guys. I’ve spoken to a lot of House Republicans this week and they’ve confided that Trump’s movement/support is fading,” Swalwell tweeted. “As one told me, ‘this Epstein bomb is about to drop and no one wants to defend a pedo-protector. It’s just a matter of time.”

Swalwell ran unsuccessfully for the Democratic presidential nomination during the 2020 election cycle. Since then, he has remained a frequent critic of President Trump.


“One Republican just texted me that if there’s a discharge vote on Epstein they expect a ‘jail break’ of over 100 members,” Swalwell added in a subsequent tweet. “Trump will go nuts!”

According to Nobel's will, the Peace Prize is awarded to the person who in the preceding year "shall have done the most or the best work for fraternity between nations, for the abolition or reduction of standing armies and for the holding and promotion of peace congresses"

Of course even if this treaty holds I don't think he should get it next year. He's only interested in stopping the war in order to get the prize. Not some deep feeling for anyone involved. He despises Palestinians. Same with Russia/Ukraine. He has no real interest in stopping that war on humanitarian grounds. All he wants is the Peace Prize. And he's given up on Ukraine because he can't get tough on his pal Putin.

He's threatened to annex Canada, Greenland and Panama and is threatening a war with Venezuela.

And his efforts to start a civil war in the US, crack down on constitutional rights here, thwart democracy here in around the world his cruel policies against everyone who's not a white MAGA would make him a terrible choice for the Peace Prize.
 
I wonder if Bad Bunny has enough time and artistic freedom to come up with a song extolling Nobel Peace Prize winners. Partly in English and partly in Spanish...
