OMG -- OBGYN skit, from snl -- Kenan Thompson as Fat Daddy, a barbecue pit master who shows up for his alternate hustle, as a gynecologist. Goes over most lines that the censors usually set.

On the whole, I find that jokes are funnier if you don't explain them.

On a more sober note, I found this fascinating to watch. There is no preamble, set up, or any narration or captions, just the communications of the people involved:

Apparently, this was a real commercial back in the day. WTF? I don't remember it playing in my area, though. Apparently, you get a recording of some sad story of spousal cheating, a family pet dying. home destroyed in a fire...stuff like that. For people who just want a good cry and are willing to pay for it.
