I spent twenty years on some of the most advanced, complicated mobile launch platforms in the world, supporting weapons systems that had more destructive force than was deployed in all of world war II. At the end, when I retired, my greatest acquired skill was knowing, to the core of my being, that I could clean any surface you put in front of me.
