How does your community celebrate Clergy Appreciation Month? Have you taken part in any activities or had conversations about it? Share your ideas and experiences – let’s inspire each other to make this month meaningful for those who serve us!;)

I wasn’t even aware such a month existed. Guess I’m not too appreciative of the clergy.

Sweet fancy Moses. This is Internet Infidels. Did you get misdirected from Fortress of the Lamb?
Okay, I'll bite. Clergy Appreciation Month. Well, I appreciate them like I'd appreciate a salesman for unicorn grooming kits.
I guess, this month, when I'm in Coffee Express (that's on W. 2nd Street in beautiful downtown Port Clinton, Ohio), and I'm reading Freethought Today or perhaps a book by Christopher Hitchens or Dan Barker, and one of our collared friends comes in, I'll turn the reading matter around so that the title isn't visible.
That's the most I can offer.

Somebody must appreciate clergy.

Now I also wonder if there’s a Child Molesters’ Appreciation Month.

I think that those who appreciate clergy should celebrate such a month. That would not include me, however.

Man, I can’t take y’all anywhere. @santhia petter, please excuse my friends, they weren’t exactly home-trained. Honestly, I’m starting to think they were all raised by wolves. Anyhow, isn't November 27th a month late on appreciation month? I thought it was in October.

Now my confession: I was a church camp counselor (already an atheist) for 5 years. I led worship services ("Vespers"). I sincerely hope I led zero "souls" to any deity, daemon, or demigod.

Personally, I wouldn't mind celebrating an Atheist Appreciation Day. I don't think that we need a whole month of celebrations. Just something low key and subtle. Then we'll just fade back into the background.

Atheist Appreciation Day is on February 30th, when we celebrate all the things that don't exist. :D

I lack the belief that that's true. I'm not saying I'm certain February 30th isn't Atheist appreciation day, I just lack a belief that it is.

Do you have a list of them? It needn't be comprehensive, but it would help people to put the day's festivities into perspective.
