I’d suspect that a lot of the Trump voters vision would be an idealized version of the 50’s. Where women stayed home, minorities knew this place and were largely out of sight. The US is seen as the world’s defender against communism. They would want all the benefits from life at that time, while ignorant of how much of it was due to the New Deal and other Democratic policies.

Now the corporations, millionaires, billionaires, and political elite are likely envisioning something more like the Gilded Age. When there were few restrictions on corporate power, fewer taxes, and very little the masses could do about abuse of power.

That would depend on the Trumper, I find them to be just about as varied as any other large group of people. Judging by the Trumpers in my family, some have a vision where abortion will be illegal across the land, some have a vision where no one will ever take their guns away from them, one has a vision of stringing up Hillary Clinton, and one just wants Trump to guarantee he will have a job in the steel industry for the rest of his life. Of course there are other non-family members I know who are Trumpers, and by and large they just tend to be assholes, so my guess would be they have a vision of a world where they can still be an asshole, but anyone who objects to their assholery will be strung up next to Hillary Clinton.

Rewrite the Constitution, make the US a business, unite all branches of government under the Pres. All govt. offices work for the pres. All congress exists for is to have lawyers write out Executive Orders into legislative form, maybe tailor general directives into specifics for particular industries.
SCOTUS gets lawsuits and their decisions packaged together. They just have to find the language, precedent, or made-up-bullshit to reach that conclusion. The pres. then writes the exec order to make the bullshit real.
The military and the cops combined, so tanks can be used to restore order when antifa marches. Make 'stand your ground' part of the 2nd amendment, along with the ability to self-deputize yourself when you see a crime, a criminal, or someone that just looks shady....

Oddly enough, I don't think there is much vision amongst the diehard Trump supporters. What they seem to want the most is adherence to social inertia of the 1950s. They want to call blacks the n-word. They want to mock the disabled. They want to pretend their small piddly job which barely allows them to go on a vacation every five years is bliss. They want to have a hand in everyone be responsible and punished for their sins, except their own. And they apparently want to stop the world from learning anything else that wasn't known by the 1950s.

I think the aspiration of every authoritarian, strong-man, fascist out there is to always move the law such that it protects them and bind others more completely.

Beyond that, there is no goal beyond "what can this system I have wrought do for satisfying my whims today?"

The issue is that this generally contains no vision, and as we have seen results in a long and painful collapse of the system of power itself.
