Probably not. Likely they would have tackled her, roughed her up a bit, and then given her a half dozen pat downs at the police station.

She's an attractive young white woman. They're not going to shoot her.

Given that a only tiny fraction of people who assault cops, even armed black males, are shot by the cops in the US, odds are near zero she would have shot, regardless of her race. More relevant to the actual incident is what the hell was her motive? The tone of the interaction is odd. She didn't seem upset. It came across almost like she was pranking a friend.

Why didn't he point a gun at her and yell at her to lie down on her belly facing him? Also, she didn't get cuffed?

Empty hands, attire that almost certainly couldn't hire a gun and no followup--not to mention she seems to be behaving as a protester, not an attacker.

I suspect she would have been tackled rather than simply grabbed but that's it.

Just cause she's wearing skimpy clothing doesn't mean she couldn't be packing heat. Look what happened to these cops who got a little too confident:

What about if she were in a classroom, sitting at a desk in Australia, refusing to leave a learning environment? Would the officer throw her across the room?

Yes that is true. If the person had been an young aboriginal male then I am not so sure.

The lady has gone to ground. we do not know her motives. Apparently she was any avid facebooker but very silent since then.

Androids. We don't have them.

She shoved the cop and appeared surprised that he fell down also. She had no weapons and the way the cops handled it seemed very much what you would expect good cops would do.

Yes we do have some good cops in Australia. They think before shooting.

And that's why every single one of them is dead, unlike the US cops who managed to survive their encounters with unarmed women.

Au update -
