Russia has offered it, but India has not said yes. Buying military things is a long process in India, at least one year. Various ministries and the three branches of the army consider proposals. We did not jump for F-35s that Trump offered. Actually Indian military considers them useless for India. As of now, we have gone ahead with Rafale.
