That would shut them up right quick, especially if a large neon billboard were set up at the former USAID headquarters in the Ronald Reagan Building indicating the level of their contributions to date against the $1 billion target for each.

Then no one has to go hungry. Billionaire globalists can be happy again too. And us taxpayers in slave land can be happier too. And Trump can say he is winning too!
