Immigration Issues

"You're a pretty girl that talks to the fucking camera, shut your mouth"

"you have no right to be here"

What is wrong with these white women?

These white wimmin definitely need to know their proper place and that ain’t defending no…

I think no one is bothering to do the basic research on the use of deadly force. DoJ trains all Federal Law Enforcement at the FELTG facility in Georgia. Here are DoJ guidelines on the use of deadly force that this officer should have been trained on.

https://www.justice.gov/jm/1-16000-department-justice-policy-use-force

Firearms may not be discharged solely to disable moving vehicles. Specifically, firearms may not be discharged at a moving vehicle unless: (1) a person in the vehicle is threatening the officer or another person with deadly force by means other than the vehicle; or (2) the vehicle is operated in a manner that threatens to cause death or serious physical injury to the officer or others, and no other objectively reasonable means of defense appear to exist, which includes moving out of the path of the vehicle. Firearms may not be discharged from a moving vehicle except in exigent circumstances. In these situations, an officer must have an articulable reason for this use of deadly force.

There is no way he couldn’t have simply taken a step to his right and be completely clear of any danger. In fact he did so, and even fired after that point. He should be prosecuted. There is absolutely no defense to this.

Also, if you see the vid slowed down, you can see that he is not only not getting out of the way, he actually plants himself and leans over/into the vehicle on purpose, as if trying to stop it.

Aaaaaaand another thing: there has been released a video allegedly taken by his own phone, which he was holding in his left hand the whole time. Now what serious law enforcement officer is going to record a serious incident such as this one on his phone, when presumably he would want to have both hands free?

And it wasn't his body cam, because ICE agents do not have those, or dash cams.

Yup. Do Not Fire at Moving Vehicles.

I said as much here. https://iidb.org/threads/immigration-issues.29483/page-31#post-1327233

I wasn’t aware that DOJ guidelines were still in effect.

That's training for law enforcement. I.C.E.'s job is to wreak havoc and hopefully cause things to get bad enough for Trump to invoke the insurrection act, wartime powers act or whatever excuse, and get away with cancelling the midterm (STATE!) elections. His panic right now is palpable, and there are no restraints on his actions.
Every time one of these criminal thugs gets away with this shit, its another unshakeable soldier in the Trump Revolution, because if he ever loses power, they're FUCKED.

Wait, are they seriously implying that there are situations in which an officer may use deadly force without an articulable reason?

WT actual F??

It means that in other than those exigent circumstances where shots are fired at or from a moving vehicle, no "articulable reason" can be sufficient excuse.

They won’t be as soon as people point them out. I’m sure Bondi is unaware that they’re posted on the DoJ website.

Shortly after the tragic death of Renee Good, the soy boy mayor of Minneapolis Jacob Frey had some strong words to say in an interview. He told ICE to “get the fuck out of Minneapolis you are not wanted here”.

What an irresponsible thing to say. No wonder so many soft headed, gullible people get radicalized and do stupid shit.

Oh dear, woman suffering extremes TDS fucks around with ICE and finds out.

Why are so many women like this these days? WTF is going on?
I don’t know what is going on with you, TSwizzle, but I think you need to seek immediate professional help.

Can you explain it? Can you explain why so many mentally ill white women are like this? Cea Weaver for example? I think it has a lot to do with indoctrination in the education system myself. Surely you must have noticed these types of events are heavily populated with demented young white women, mostly lesbian, blue hair, pierced etc. And of course the effeminate white soy boys are in attendance but in lesser numbers.
This reminds me of satanic panic horse shit from the 1980s. Let’s just demonize these “others” as dangerous boogeymen while letting the establishment monsters run amok.
Well, it's a proven fact that both behavioral and toxic effect of testosterone lead to an early death.

She didn't even "fuck around". That kind of blatantly dishonest characterization of her behavior after many angles of clear video and multiple legal analysis is pretty clear evidence of a complete failure of morals, and it drips of "small hands" energy.

How irresponsible for the mayor of a city be upset with people killing its citizens!

It’s almost as if he cares about his neighbors snd constituents. How fucking muddled headed is that?

BTW-we don’t want Trump’s stormtroopers here.

IFKR? Fucking Texas Nazi walking down Lyndale with an SS Nazi tattoo.

Talk about fucking radicalized... fucking Nazis need to fuck off with their Nazi propaganda.

So just to add fuel to the fire, JD Vance says that ICE will be going door to door in the coming months to ramp up immigration enforcement.

Door to fucking door. Without a warrant. Remind me, what century are we living in?

Good on him. It's about time people stopped mincing words, and made clear that ICE and their brand of unconstitutional lethal violence are completely unacceptable in the civilised world.

If these authoritarian cunts want to shoot citizens for not obeying unconstitutional orders, they should fuck off to Iran or Russia, where that kind of shit is normal and expected of the State Security Police.
