I'd ask you to support your claim, but I know you neither can nor will. You'll just make vague references to "posting history" instead, and hope nobody notices. The part in the quote above plus much of your posting history.You. I’m talking to you.My first suspicion was that the pro-war party had finally gotten to him. It's a bi-partisan party, and it control a significant portion of the permanent government bureaucracy. Still, that doesn't fit very well because he lasted 5 years resisting them. The last time a president significantly resisted the pro-war party was Kennedy. Maybe they said the same thing to him. I simply don't know.
A better question, imo, would be: Why are you and some of his other supporters just seeing this now? What changed for you?
1. Who are you talking to?
2. If he suddenly started acting different (even if is from bad to different bad) then of course anyone (not just a Trump supporter) would see now that he is acting different now.
Then why did you include me with Trump supporters?
Genuinely, whether or not you support or did support Trump in the past, you seem to think he’s changed. Why? What has, in your opinion, changed?
So, I described his change in my first post on this particular conversation. He used to not be interested in deploying the military. Now he has deployed it to Venezuela and Iran. That is a change. Perhaps one that few would notice, since I seem to be in the minority that is against bombing poor brown people in foreign countries, but it is a change. (Of course since some of those poor brown people are women there is a chance you might be interested.)
I am not bringing up domestic policy, economic policy, or personality. I am specifically and only discussing the use of the military with regards to foreign policy. I am not bringing up mental state, emotional state, or health state. Only the use of the military with regards to foreign policy.
So ... given that he went from not being interested in deploying the military to deploying the military, there is a change. That's not an opinion, that's a verifiable fact.
