Rice family lawyers request DOJ investigation into conduct of prosecutor's office

Do you really think the BLM folks have half a million bucks?
Quite probably.
Major donors consider funding Black Lives Matter
OK, so now #BLM is a terrorist organization in your opinion.

You may want to do the same. She calls white people "blue eyed devils" (standard black supremacist expression) and than talks about the race war. That defeats the claim that "race war" is somehow a "white supremacist" expression.

Is there any black radical, racist or supremacist that you will not defend Nice Squirrel?
But fine, she scares you.
People like her actually do, yes. Not only because of her angry racism but also because she enjoys a great level of sympathy from white left-winger fifth columnists.

I take it you have not worked with grants and foundations?
BLM is not a foundation. It's a loose collection of radicals.
I was going to, but I have decided not to waste another minute responding to such obvious trash.

I'm not defending her. Seeing a headline of a video stating that she is calling for a race war conflicts with her actual statement that if things don't change there will be a race war. As far as being a "blue-eyed devil", I've been called that various women all my life. :dancy:

 Her anger may be justified. Your fear is not.

But yes, anyone who opposes cops shooting Black kids is obviously a left-winger fifth columnists. :rolleyes2:

That would be a "no" then. In addition, you obviously didn't read the article, or didn't understand what it said.

It could be anyone with a beef. It could be douchebags trying to dupe gullible jackasses into thinking it is BLMers.
Or it could be angry #BLMers - it fits their angry hatred. Remember "pigs in a blanket fry them like bacon" or "put wings on pigs"? Or do you think these were false flag operations too?

It's not going to happen.

After all, that would mean pigs fly and we know that's never! :D:D

For all of Derec's hand waving, he has failed to produce a shred of evidence that anyone remotely connected with the #BLM movement had anything to do with the poster.

Long overdue but Timothy Loehmann has been fired for shooting Tamir Rice:

Well yes and no. Apparently he wasn't fired for the shooting, but instead for the shooting but under the guise he lied about his experience with the Independence Police Department.
article said:
A disciplinary letter released in January specifically says that Loehmann lied about how his short stint at the Independence Police Department ended.
Why didn't the CPD call the Independence PD?

It took them this long to figure that one out?
Not really.

Here is what actually is official. The Cleveland Police fired the shooter for withholding information or lying regarding his Maple Heights and Independence PD experiences (both are suburbs of Cleveland). What Cleveland hasn't talked about is why neither of these PD's were contacted prior to hiring the guy!

The driver of the police car was suspended 10 days for a failure in following tactical procedures (something I've been whining about the entire time with this shooting).

Now, pragmatically, I think the Cleveland PD fired the shooter for shooting the kid with the flimsy excuse as a matter to give future shooters some cover, but on the record, he is merely fired for paperwork issues, not the shooting.

The firing is being appealed by the Police Union. Seriously, that is worse than a teacher being fired for sleeping with a student and the teacher union filing an appeal!

Tamir Rice was shot on November 22, 2014 - more than 2 years ago. And the Cleveland PD waited over 2 years to fire Loehman for lying on his application when they could have fired his ass anytime? That is pretty chickenshit.

I rather suspect that what we are seeing is they were looking for some pretext to fire him for PR reasons and eventually found one.

They didn't need a pretext. They had perfectly sound reasons to fire him.

1. He failed to answer the questions on his job application completely and honestly, which in itself is grounds for termination of employment.

2. His dangerous loss of composure in stressful situations. He's not cut out to be a cop, no matter how badly he wants to be one.

It was probably in the city's best financial interests to hold off on admitting they made a mistake when they hired him until the lawsuits were settled. And that's too bad from a public safety standpoint since is meant having a loose cannon on patrol.

Actually they found the reason they shouldn't have ever hired him in the first place.

You approve of people lying on their employment applications? He should have been fired as soon as they found out.

And we aren't talking about a Homer Simpson error where he wrote "Okay" in the box that said to leave that box unmarked. He either didn't disclose or lied about his experience with the Independence PD which would have been critical in deciding whether to give this person a gun.

Here is an article about the ultimate findings.

After all, why hold someone accountable for lying on his or her employment application to become a police officer? It is not as if trustworthiness is an important quality for a police officer.

I am not defending his lying. It's just that such things are rarely discovered after the fact unless someone is looking for an excuse.

Bullshit. Do you agree that he should have been fired for lying on his application as soon as that lie was discovered?

I think LP is right. Cleveland PD looked for an "excuse" to fire the guy so they wouldn't set a standard. I think it is wrong that he wasn't fired for a gross tactical fuckupery that led to the killing of someone who didn't even see his 13th birthday. Oddly enough, the driver was suspended without pay for 10 days, and it could be argued he was almost equally involved with the tactical fuckup that led to the killing.

It is incredibly atrocious.

I think LP is right.

Sure, but that is beside the point. LP has nothing more to add to this than to point out likely ulterior motives by the department because he'd defend a police officer to the death with zero consideration for their wrongdoing.

Justice Department Declines To Prosecute Cleveland Officers In Death Of Tamir Rice

The U.S. Department of Justice will not charge any of the officers involved in the fatal shooting of Tamir Rice, a Black 12-year-old boy who was killed by police in Cleveland in 2014. The department has closed its investigation.

The Justice Department announced it found insufficient evidence to "support federal criminal charges against Cleveland Division of Police (CDP) Officers Timothy Loehmann and Frank Garmback."

In a statement released Tuesday, the department said it notified Rice's family attorneys about the decision on Monday "and today sent a letter to Mr. Rice's family explaining the findings of the investigation and reasons for the decision."
